My husband saw Dr Dolan today. Dr Dolan exhibited little patience in my husband’s responses to the doctor’s questions. Dr Dolan threatened to walk if of the examining room if my husband didn’t tell him where it was that he was experiencing pain. Dr Dolan was arrogant and impatient. He certainly ruined our day. We will never go back to him again.

Will never again ask Dr. Dolan for his medical advice or make another appointment with him to discuss my hip pain or related health issues. He doesn’t seem to care, have enough time or relate with any empathy to a 77 year old patient’s questions. His terrible bedside manner and recommendations for us to get answers to our questions from the internet were just not what we expected. Maybe he was just having a bad day, however he made ours much worse.
