I have been to Hope for several different issues and have always been very happy with their expertise and willingness to answer questions and work with me.

Dr. Elkin has given me everything I could have asked for. I came in with hip pain for 6 months that I was told was just the way I wore my belt. Someone else told me it was because I was doing too much exercise. I then find out I have a huge labral tear and Dr. Elkin performed an arthroscopic repair and femoroplasty as I had a bone deformity that was tearing away at my labrum. Recovery was so smooth and I had no pain within days after surgery. Thank you Dr. Elkin!

After going over everything with my Primary Doctor, having an ultra sound done she wanted me to have a shot to relive the pain in my shoulder, nothing was done but a office visit that covered the same issues, and no shot, no good.

Dr. Elkin listens well to me and respects what I tell him. I had a shoulder replacement & I found the care of the Hope staff excellent. They are very professional and also caring. I'm going to have my other shoulder done too & I wouldn't have any other doctor perform surgery on my shoulder.

I am a patient if multiple doctors at Hope. I have a body with orthopedic issues in several joints. I have always found the care there superior and that was the case with my recent visit with Dr Elkin. I was treated with respect, listened to, and given several options for immediate and long term treatment. I will continue to go to Hope for all future orthopedic needs.

My appointment was at 8:45 am. There was no wait to check in, less than 5 minutes wait for x-rays, and about 5 minutes wait to see the doctor. The physical exam was complaint oriented and complete. The doctor explained my condition, the treatment options, and potential side effects of the treatment. He also told me what to expect as my condition progressed since it cannot be cured without surgical intervention and I was not to the point where I needed to have surgery to function. I got an injection and I was informed it could take 2 days before I would feel the effects. The injection worked in 2 days so I had considerable relief of symptoms. Nobody could ask for any better treatment or outcome.

Dr. Elkin is the best Orthopedic Dr and surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone he really listen to his patients and doesn't run them out of the room. I'm very happy that he is still trying to figure out why I still have pain 7 months after surgery and willing to look at all the options to fix it all the way. His staff is amazing and kind. Thank you.
