Dr. Lee worked me in when my normal (and very good) doctor couldn’t. He listened and understood my difficult situation so well. He even helped with a couple less important issues and didn’t make me feel like a burden, but quite the opposite. I’m a medical scribe and know a quality doctor when I see one. He’s one of the best. Also, he took his time with me and I didn’t feel rushed.

Dr. Lee has been my doctor for several years now and I appreciate him very much. I have some very complex symptoms that could be any number of things or combination of things but so far there is no real diagnosis - this, in spite of seeing some of the best specialists in Salem. Dr. Lee has sent me to see all the proper specialists and has not given up on my condition although there is not yet a diagnosis but I believe that with his dedication and persistence as well as empathy, I could not be in better hands and that progress is being made.

Doctor Lee is more than a good doctor - he's a great doctor! He does not hesitate to send me to the right specialists when needed and he is very involved in addressing my very difficult physical conditions. I feel very confident in him and know that he has my best interests at heart. He always makes time to listen in spite of having a very busy agenda. I'm grateful to have him as a doctor.

Dr. Earl Lee is not only a good Primary but a good human being. He listens to my wife and I who are older retired folks and we like him a lot. I would advise that no one come to see him though since that would make it difficult for the wife and i to get appointments.

Dr.Lee has narcissist characteristics. He lacks empathy, does not always listen to you, and does not seem to do what is in his patients best interest. He can be blunt, and callous, and over confident. I have seen him make a patient cry, and he showed no emotion. He acts like he can do no wrong, but he is human, like the rest of us. I now have a wonderful doctor, who actually cares about his patients and it shows. Beware of the narcissist--it is about them, not you the patient.

Dr. Lee is the first physician that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I feel he really cares about my well being. Dr. Lee has excellent listening and verbal communication skills. He is compassionate, caring and has a good sense of humor. When I don't feel like taking care of myself, he pushes me to "rethink my position." I have every confidence and trust in Dr. Lee. He saved my life...when I didn't want to.

Dr. Lee is friendly and a great lister! Best I've seen by far. I recommend him to all family and friends! Although office staff was a bit rude.

Finally, a doctor I can trust, who is also knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! So happy he is our family doctor.
