I had a rather lumpy bumpy mastectomy scar. Another surgeon told me it "didn't look that bad and that insurance wouldn't pay and that trying to fix it might not work." A couple of years later it was still bothering me so I got a referral to Dr. Austin. He said, "yes, I can fix that." His office got insurance approval within 24 hours and scheduled me for surgery. He was great to explain the procedure before and after. He did an really nice job and I am very happy with the outcome.

After giving their Medispa all of my medical information I made an appt and PAID IN ADVANCE for Sculptra. No one in their spa mentioned that people with autoimmune disease can be at higher risk of certain side effects from Sculptra. After learning this on my own and speaking with my doctor, I decided against getting the Sculptra. I called their office, explained the situation, cancelled my appt and asked for a refund of my advanced payment. I was told that the "manager" Kristin would get back to me concerning the refund. After several days I hadn't heard from the "manager" so I called again, left another message but still didn't hear back from her. Finally I called a third time and told them I would be in to pick up my refund that day. Forward 10 months...I make an appt for botox with their spa. Kristin the "manager" calls me and says because I was "unhappy with a procedure I had had previously" she didn't think they were the spa for me. Wait, what? I wasn't a good candidate for Sculptra, no one in your office told me that, I asked several times for my advanced payment of over $2000 back and you never called back regarding my refund. Did you expect to keep the money for nothing? Take responsibility for your mess ups and stop blaming your customers.

Amazing care team and a very clear treatment and recovery plan. Staff is kind and very helpful. My results are amazing and would highly recommend this office for your mommy makeover and or augmentation

I started seeing Dr. Austin just over two years ago. As soon as you walk into his office , you are greeted with friendly, smiling faces. All the staff are so understanding. Right from the very beginning I found him to be a very caring and compassionate person. He worked with my surgeon to coordinate my double mastectomy so that he could put my spacers in at the same time, making it one surgery and not two. Each Surgery that he has performed for reconstruction, I couldn't have asked for better results. During each of my surgeries, he made sure my family was aware of all that was going on to keep them at ease and updated. If I had any type of issue outside of clinic hours, it was never the on-call doctor returning my calls. Dr. Austin was always the one calling me back to resolve my issue or answer any questions that I may have had. I never felt rushed in any of my appointments before or after surgery. He always made sure I had a full understanding of the procedures before I left his office. I have referred 2 of my friends to him that have also been diagnosed with breast cancer. They too are thrilled with their results and the care that they received. I have nothing but the best to say about him and his staff. Paris Mella-Wagner

I couldn't of asked to a better overall experience! From beginning to end! Dr.Austin and his staff are awesome! Dr. Austin made me feel as if I was his only patient! He is an amazing surgeon. I am a critic by nature and I literally have no complaints at all!

Worst job ever. The left breast has pain that he says requires more surgery at my expense to correct when I believe he could have addressed it with the original surgery. The right breast has bulges and wrinkles and I don’t believe the implant was properly placed

The moment I first met Dr Austin in 2013 I was treated with respect and dignity. He has been there for me on my breast cancer journey. His staff is caring, efficient and supportive. His surgical care is beyond wonderful. I can unequivocally recommend Dr Austin for any surgical needs. I trust him completely.

Dr Austin was referred to me by my oncology surgeon to do a breast reduction during my lumpectomy. He was the most caring and compassionate dr I have ever seen. He was very informative, he listened and his work is impeccable. He gave me advice about my other treatments. He told me what kinds of questions to ask my other drs. He kept informed of all my test results and helped me understand them when other drs were vague and wouldn’t take time to make sure I understood. I highly recommend Dr Austin!
