List of Gabriel M. Kennedy's Reviews
Claims your not covered by insurance, calls insurance with billing codes, everything checks out with insurance but office expects you to pay upfront.. they'll send a refund check 2 months after your exam. Like what? Not today Linda. Some shady ish.
Misdiagnosis within the first 3 minute of my first visit. Explained what the issue was and he proceeded with his own observation with no advice and did the wrong procedure necessary. Might be good with some things but was not good with my diagnosis. Would not recommend. Paid for a completely unnecessary procedure with him knowing and somewhat acknowledging that after the procedure. .lack of knowledge
Dr. Kennedy was friendly, professional and answered all my questions.
I saw Dr. Kennedy for a fractured jaw, and got my jaw wired shut for it to heal correctly. It was supposed to stay in place for 4-6 weeks however, I cut the wires early because I couldn't take it anymore. I am a very thin person with a fast metabolism, and am hypoglycemic. I couldn't function at work, became depressed and lethargic, even though I was trying my best to make sure I was getting enough nutrition. When I called to tell them what happened, the assistant I spoke with was rude and condescending toward me. She treated me like I was stupid and had no empathy at all. I feel very uncomfortable and will not be going back there. The assistant should know better than to treat patients that way, especially when they are obviously struggling with an injury.
Dr. Kennedy has first class bedside manners, and I have used him for 3 different implants (I have terrible teeth!). My most recent experience has also been my best so I figured I'd actually do a review so others know how it went. After being unable to get in to get a tooth extracted at my insurance covered dentist, I remembered how well my previous experiences with Dr. Kennedy went and I figured I'd go there (even though I knew I would have to pay 100% out if pocket). He and his staff literally stayed late on a fully booked day to work me in and get the tooth extracted after hours. The procedure went just as smoothly as the previous two, and nothing was messed up or broken (another guy I used once left bone shards in the socket that eventually poked through my gums and was super tramatic plus infection plus rest e had to redo the stitches, so trust me, not everyone does a good job). I have had about 13 root canals done (many of which were "repeats" because they screwed up), 4 titanium posts put in, and I have no idea how many cavities filled and crowns redone because they failed. Three surgeries with no follow-up "oops" visits where the doctor had to redo something or fix some complication is stupid rare in my experience. And with Dr. Kennedy I haven't had a single complication after 3 different surgeries.Hopefully someone sees this review and it helps them avoid some of the crap I've had to go through using cheap dental surgeons who do crap work.TL;DR--If you need a tooth removed or an implant put in I strongly recommend Dr. Kennedy, he is very skilled at what he does, and he helps make an otherwise traumatic experience tolerable. (And his track record is flawless...at least with me heh )
Knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all of your questions while making what could be a difficult or stressful visit light and with some insight and humor, this was very appreciated. Welcoming staff from receptionist to nursing staff to scheduler, made entire appointment process positive and much appreciated.
My 14 year-old son needed a tooth extracted and we were referred to Dr Kennedy's practice by our orthodontist. Dr. Kennedy was fabulous! He was funny and friendly and put my son at ease at the consultation visit. He thoughtfully answered every question that I and my son had. They surgery went well including anesthesia and they provided thorough pre- and post-surgery instructions. No issues with the recovery. The office and assistant staff were friendly and the waiting area was pleasant. We will see Dr Kennedy again if we need any oral surgery in the future.
Great place if you don’t like going to the dentist for anything because of anxiety. Dr Kennedy is fun and gives me feelings of wanting to invite him to a BBQ. He also gives me the vibe that he would wear white new balance sneakers with blue jean shorts to said BBQ and critique my grill skills (this is a good thing). The two stars come from a situation that my wife and I found ourselves in regarding their office’s policy. My wife had a surgery scheduled and was unable to make it. When I called at a later time to reschedule the surgery on her behalf, they informed me they could not reschedule and would no longer accept her as a patient since she missed her previous appointment. In their defense, we no call no showed. In our defense, that was the day we found out our 4 year old son has Hodgkins Lymphoma. I asked if there was some sort of appeal process we could go through to be reconsidered and was told no. Now, I completely understand the policy, but contacting our dentist on the day you find out something that tragic and life changing wasn’t something that even crossed our minds. Now that Nathan is no longer with us, I don’t see ourselves missing anymore appointments. It took us a long time to find a dentist and a surgeon that we felt that comfortable with (anxiety at the dentist is a tough one for us). So now we have to start the process all over again. Again, amazing office, everyone is friendly and we loved Dr Kennedy. I ask that you consider making a change to your office’s policy and offer some sort of appeal process for rare circumstances such as these. My wife’s tooth still hurts but not as much as her feelings!!! Just kidding we’re really not mad. Didn’t mean to use my dead kid card on you guys but you really should consider changing that policy.
This place is awesome they have great doctors!!! I would totally recommend it!
I really liked dr. Kennedy, but their billing and insurance department were unable to get my insurance benefits correct, which meant my share was much higher than it should have One of them was $1000, off. That is a lot of money. When you over pay them, because they require you to pay them upfront and then it takes weeks to be reimbursed. I changed offices mid treatment .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
