He's great with my husband and me. Offers me books to read on improving my cholesterol levels and blood sugar instead of pills, and I like that. Changing my diet really has helped. When an urgent care doctor and ER doctor couldn't figure out why I was having acute muscle pain, Dr. Williams knew right away. It was a reaction to being on a statin. He is very good with my husband, who has dementia. I always feel listened to, not rushed. He keeps up with new research and health care guidelines.

I absolutely love Doc Williams, hes my husbands doctor and he didnt know i was a nurse and he was extremely thorough.

I have been Whole Food Plant Based for over 3.5 yrs and am very excited to find Dr. Williams is the same. He listened to all my concerns and did not boot me out the door as NWHS does. And I filed a complaint with NWHS. A TERRIFIC person,,,he will guide you to wellness if you will open your mind & heart to him...

Doctor Williams has been my PCP for almost three years now. He and his staff at the Salem Clinic on Capitol Street are always great. He is on a very short list of people that have kept me healthy, upright, and on the right side of the daisies. I do my best to stay healthy and physically fit while fighting the problems that come with getting older. Wait times aren't bad and Dr. Williams always good about getting back to me if I call his office with a problem. I understand that I am not the only patient he has when I go in for an appointment. Some patients take longer than others. He and his staff are doing the best that they can under the circumstances that they have at that time. People get sick and injured all the time. For the people that complain about wait times, repeat this mantra and it will help you understand what is going on: "I AM NOT THE CENTER OF THE KNOWN UNIVERSE." Be patient and the doctor will see you as soon as he can.

He takes his time to listen and I feel he care's about his Pt.needs.. My husband even loves him as his Dr. If your looking for a great Dr. he's your man. Thank you Dr. Williams.

Dr. Williams has been my PCP for over 2 years. He and his staff have done an excellent job as my healthcare team. They are kind, polite, and dedicated to ensuring I get whatever help or information is needed. They run a busy office and I understand I am not the only person they are helping. If they run behind on time it's because someone else needed extra help. They are an impressive group of people doing a difficult job.

Dr. Williams takes time to listen, even when we are add in appointments or he is running behind. Once he's in the room with you, he's 100% tuned in. He listens to concerns, and never makes you feel silly even if what you are worried about is nothing. He explains things in simple easy and relatable ways. He doesn't judge health issues or conditions and encourages to be as healthy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone!

I went in for a Thyroid check. We did blood work & he never called me to discuss the results. I had to call him. Then he wanted me to make an apt. instead of discussing over the phone $$. He gave me a Rx then never rechecked to see if the amount was appropriate. 1.5 yrs later I requested a hormone panel as I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and depression. Apparently he "doesn't do hormones" and didn't refer me to anyone. For weight loss help, he told me to read a book & watch a documentary.

My dad goes to Dr. Williams. I think he is wonderful. My dad is 95 and he treats him with respect and concern. He was able to tract down an issue that had it not been discovered would have lead to a serious problem.

This "provider" is so afraid of his own shadow that client care comes secondary. He seems to have a very limited understanding of medicine and or medical conditions. Additionally, in the three years I saw this man he NEVER once gave me a physical. Not even something as simple as listening to my heart. It took one visit to a competent Doctor to find out I do in fact have problems I've been trying to address w/him for years. He loves to refer and requires constant visits to line his pockets
