He doesn't listen. Quickly talks no concerns on pain levels for office procedures. I was allowed to go to the hospital for a procedure that I could get sedation for. He needs to be reviewed by superiors. The elderly have no change with him. I've heard him. Doesn't relay test results no talk of procedure options. Stay away!

30 Minutes late to the appointment and came in with a predisposed decision about my care without even examining me. This was, without question, the worst encounter I have ever had in my life with a medical provider. This includes navigating care for my special needs child. I would NOT recommend.

My husband has had Dr. Mark Mhoon since 2000’and He also has been my doctor for a few years and we really like him. He takes really good care of us

Dr. Mhoon would NOT listen to me regarding my history of chronic UTI. He kept prescribing antibiotics and refused to contact my previous Urologist who had successfully conducted two very effective bladder washes. His office kept messing up my appointments. I am fed up with this practice and going elsewhere.

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. He has the worst bed side manner. He doesn’t listen to patient concerns. Does not follow up. The office in general is disorganized and unprofessional.

Dr Mhoon Has been my Urologist for ten years plus, treating me with several different issues. I very much appreciate the whole Office team and the same professional, thorough experience on every visit.

Was extremely concerned about recommended procedure, but at initial appointment Dr. Mhoon explained symptoms, need for recommended procedure, all ramifications, possible outcomes, how he would proceed and willingness to stop if procedure was too much for me. At actual procedure, medical staff was professional, caring, considerate, and concerned about my feelings, level of tolerance and worked patiently with both myself and doctor. Doctor mhoon was great, explaining everything to me before, during and after procedure. I was quite apprehensive about all of this and was plesaintly surprised and appreciative with this doctor and his staff.
