Dr. Strother was absolutely amazing with Aunt Joyce and our entire family. Although the outcome wasn't what we wanted he never misled us or broke any promises. He fought for us just as hard as Aunt Joyce. The staff at Oregon Oncology was also outstanding. Greeting us always with a smile and taking the time to get to know our family.

Cancer was real tough, but with the help of Dr. Strother and his team I have over came one of my biggest battles. Dr. Strother always answered all my questions and concerns in the best way I could understand. If i had to make an appointment i was always seen a soon as possible. I strongly recommend Dr.Strother he is just simply the best!!

I met Dr. Strother when I was hospitalized for a blood clot. He was pleasant and explained everything to me. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is very thorough and kept me informed.

my grandmother was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer in late september 2015, after having a mastectomy in february 2016 they ran more tests in her lymphnodes to discover that all 9 had cancer cells. her doctor, doctor strothers, decided to start her on 6 weeks of radiation and when my grandmother asked how she'll know if she still has cancer or not he responded you'll know, it comes back with a vengeance rather than giving her the tests needed. its april, and now has brain cancer.

I have been a patient of Dr. Strother for almost 3 years now. I am truly thankful for all he has done for me and for being the caring, considerate human being that he is. I do not feel like a number when I visit him. I feel like a person that matters. He is not only a highly educated doctor, he is a very nice person to converse with. He answers my questions thoroughly and I never feel like I am wasting his time. He takes ample amounts of time with me, sometimes even an hour, which allows me to get all of my questions answered. Thank you Dr. Strother for being there for all of us who need you!!

Dr Strother is a very compassionate doctor who takes the time with his patients to understand their needs. He spents good quality time with his patients getting to the problem and doing his best to treat and reomove the cancer. Dr S came and visited my mom everyday she was in the hospital. I would recommend Dr S to anyone.
