I saw Kelly with my 4w old just recently (my PCP wasn’t available). I was concerned over a test result that had come back with a flag for a possible genetic condition. Kelly spent a long time with me figuring the issue, hearing my concerns and then taking ownership of straightening everything out for me. She made several phone calls after the visit, and followed up with me twice in the following days and relieved all of my concerns. She got to the bottom of the problem in a timely, efficient manner and my mind has been put at ease. It is so hard to find someone who will really take the time and take ownership - and then follow through. THANK YOU!
