This has been by far the WORST clinic my family has ever received services from. I dropped off paperwork to be filled out by my mother's physician earlier this week; my mom called the clinic repeately to see if the forms had been filled just to get the runatound and be brushed off by the office clerks who answered the phones. When I went to the clinic myself to ask if the forms had been filled out, the front desk person stated that since my mom did not make me her PHI, my mom had to call the office so that the conversation can be recorded! I spoke with the supervisor after leaving the office with NO filled out forms. The supervisor stated that the doctor can fill out the forms THAT SAME DAY. Hours passed by and we received the run around AGAIN about the forms. The after-hours person I called the same day apologized for the forms not being completed and said I should call back today to get a follow up. I called today and the same office clerk who had given my mother and myself the run around gave me the same brush-off comment about how the forms are still not signed. Then she has the nerve to state that no one had promised me that the forms would be completed by the Friday when I needed them completed, and that I just needed to wait until Monday to follow up YET AGAIN. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Lancaster Family Health Clinic. The call center team is inexperienced, uncaring, and unsympathetic to the people they are supposed to serve, and I am very disappointed that the doctors are not taking my mother or myself seriously at all.

Everyone working there is professional, kind and timely. Dr Annan Sheffield is and always has been knowledgeable and consistent. You can tell they care about people and I know my team cares for my children. Lots of questions have been answered and laughs have been shared. 11/10 would recommend.

I went here to see neurologist Dr Yoder Robert and he was very informative and helpful with information. Very nice had a lot of resources for me really made me feel comfortable and safe during my appointment.

Llego a mi cita 15 minutes temprano me llama la enfermera a el cuarto 30 minutes tarde y luego entra el doctor entra 1hora tarde de lo que era mi cita para luego atenderme pésimo y solo atenderme por 10 minutos ,muy mal servicio .
