I received excellent care from Dr. Dolan and members of the Hope Orthopedic Clinic staff. I highly recommend him if you are considering orthopedic surgery.

My husband and I have been to Hope Ortho collectively for 6 issues with 4 ending in surgery and 3 different doctors. The doctors are awesome and the organization is outstanding! Dr. Dolan in particular was very personable and obviously knowledgeable without acting superior. He has an easy going, "normal people" vibe and it doesn't feel like he is talking down to you. Very likable doctor.

5 star Dr Dolan came in accessed my knee issues gave some options for treatment, and treated my knee pain , I am so grateful for the care I was given .

Dr. Dolan seems excellent to me. Hope Orthopedics, not so much. I called for four days, leaving a voicemail after a long wait to request appointment. No one called back. Same thing the following month when I tried again. I did make an appointment finally, when staff answered phone. We must wait on hold sometimes 45 min. to an hour, forced to listen to marketing harassment. Once I checked in for appt, was required to sign a long legal document in which I was forced to waive many legal rights and promise to pay many fees, in unintelligible legal language. Not many choices other than Hope in Salem and they know it.
