Husband and I went in for exams for the AARP discount price of $55 , when we were done dr fast said we should bill our medical ins as he might get paid more but that we wouldn’t have to pay more than the $55 . We foolishly believed this and now I’m looking at a bill of $114 for myself. The office has been completely unhelpful. Warning others to not be taken in! We’ve gone to this office for quite awhile, shocked by how things seem kind of shifty.

I have seen Dr. Fast for the last three years, and never have I had an eye doctor that is so willing to explain things in terms I can understand. He even talked to me about Lasik, saying I could do it in the next couple years since my eyesight is stabilizing. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. You can tell he really likes his job. His staff are very friendly, and if he is running behind (some patients, I have noticed, take forever to fill out paperwork, causing a delay in other exams), they let you know. He is located inside the LensCrafters, and their staff is very friendly and helpful, too! I love coming here.
