Northbank Surgical Center's Online Review Report Card

I had surgery here on Monday 8-22-22, I wanted to write and say every nurse and my anesthesiologist were absolutely amazing!! I felt very well taken care of, they all were kind and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. Thank you Peggy C, Stacey and Graham. (Also the two nurses before surgery I dont have your name) I am so thankful I was able to have my surgery here, Dr Hatchet and his PA Jessica were also so incredible! Thank you everyone for making that day I was nervous about comfortable and better. God Bless!!

I was going to come here for my sons surgery as they have great reviews and a great doctor. After talking to the receptionist though I think I will just have to keep looking. For parents if you and your spouse want to be there they don’t allow it. I have extreme panic disorder and don’t feel that’s going to work for my family. Not to mention my son is very close to both his parents and would want to be with both of us for comfort as this will be a big day. I’ve never heard of a place not allowing both biological parents to come in. I can’t speak on anything else as my review is strictly about this conversation. I will say the doctor my son would be having be his surgeon who works out of this facility was exceptionally good with kids. I just don’t think I can budge on this.

Friendly and competent staff, easy access, very clean and modern. Good covid precautions. My procedure was easy and practically painless. Only issue was they’d originally told me I would be in and out in 45 minutes, but it turned out to be 2 hours - not due to anything unforeseen, instead someone there gave me bad information.

My 4 year old came here for dental surgey the nurses & dr were very nice and explained things well. But the front receptionist (betty) not so much, after waiting over 2 hours i asked if i could get an update on my 4 year old as i have heard nothing yet. She told me she would rather not interrupt them as they don't like to be interrupted. Okay but its been 2 hours and i want to know what going on i was told 1.5 - 2 hours.

Northbank Surgical Center is amazing!! The service and staff is top notch. They have kindest employees. I have had two procedures there and both times I left so impressed with the care and compassion they have given me, wonderful treatment! I would highly recommend this surgical center.

My daughter was really nervous and they made her feel comfortable. The only thing that made me feel upset was both parents were not allowed in the lobby due to covid nor can both of us go into the recovery room after her procedure.

What an amazing place! Took such good care of me and made me feel at ease with my nerves. Knowing I was doing an elective breast surgery and the what if’s with anesthesia. I forgot the anesthesiologist name but was older gentlemen with glasses. He was so awesome prior to me going back in OR. Listened to all my concerns and informed me on medications I’ll be receiving and what he will give to just increase my “37” bpm heart rate by 20-30. Such a great experience and can’t thank him enough. Whole team A++ for taking such good care of me!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with surgery. The RN nurses gave such a great name to RNs EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I came in for a major surgery from Dr. Neaman’s office. I come from a small town in California. I never told these ladies that I am going to school to be a RN but they confirmed I want to continue. I’m sure they all know it’s so so hard and time consuming, and I question myself all the time of my ability to finish and the right career path (nursing school). They were professional, compassionate, and worked as a team. I will forever recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the first RN that brought me in (sweet little voice) made me instantly feel a bit better. And the next two ladies that helped me along the way after wake up. You give RNs across the world a good name.

My son who is 4 years old was there this morning(6/29/21) for dental surgery. The staff was super nice and understanding. My son was nervous buut they made him feel comfortable. They even brought him toys to play with while he waited. Thank you NorthBanks Staff!🙏🏻

Truly a wonderful experience. Angela was the best nurse I've ever had in my life. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was genuine and caring, and really concerned with my needs and making me comfortable. All the nursing and other staff members were great too, but Angela really stood out with her professionalism.
