List of Oregon Integrated Health - Primary Care Providers's Reviews
It’s always lovely the staff are so nice and the doctors really listen to you and are so patient. Highly recommend! I always feel safe coming in!
Used to be a great clinic. There have been changes in staff and culture over the years, but I’ve been with them for 11 years. Since being bought out by OIH, you can’t call the clinic, can’t speak to anyone, calling the call center just prompts to leave a voicemail. Their portal they use is not monitored. My provider is amazing and yet I can’t get ahold of them due to the portal and issues with messaging not being monitored. I try to schedule online and it’s denied. Try to schedule on the phone and it’s a voicemail. I’ve been texted incorrect patient information—meaning that I’ve received someone else’s information texted to me. The clinic staff has been there forever and they’re good people. It’s not the clinic that is the issue, it’s since the buyout that it all went down the toilet. I’ve received calls from their call center to tell me my appt is canceled or that my test results were lost or specimen wasn’t collected etc. as I’m in an appointment to have blood drawn etc. It’s not a one-off, it’s how the clinic is run by OIH. I’ll be looking for a new provider though I don’t want to. It’s that bad.
Dr. Schmultz and his staff are always efficient, courteous and caring
A wonderful clinic. The care they provide us comprehensive and well delivered
In my personal experience, OIH (and Dawn Brockett specifically) is the most unprofessional clinic I've *ever* been to. Out of the probably 10 visits Brockett has canceled all but 3 and in the third case, we practically had to drag her in (not literally). She *barely* refills my medications properly, took me off of important psychiatric medications, and then places all blame on us. I'd get better care from monkey on a unicycle.
Ive had great experiences here thus far. Everyone I talk to is friendly. The best part is I don't need to wait 3 months to see my primary doctor. I had 2 different Doctors through Legacy and they were consistently booked out for 3 months. At OIH I haven't had to wait more than a couple weeks, but usually sooner.
I went to Vida integrated medicine and it was great. Now they have been bought by Oregon Integrated Health and it has not been a pleasant experience in anyway. The people are still great, but the system is now horrible. The phone system is arduous and many mistakes are being made. They have put money into a remodel that makes the place seem so cold and unwelcoming. They were doing construction while I was getting female care. Drills and saw going off. The things that made Vita medicine great are now gone. Again, the employees are great. Jennifer Foster is a wonderful PA. But not only are the employees important to health services, so too is the system. Oregon Integrated Health has created a system that is frustrating and cold. If you’re looking for healthcare go somewhere with a smaller system that focuses on patient care. Oregon Integrated Health is not that place.
Ever since Vida was sold to OIH, it’s gotten worse in just about every way. For my last appointment, I waited for a link to be texted to me so I could talk with my provider. I waited for about 20 minutes so I called what I hoped was the front desk to see if my provider was just running late. Well you can’t call the front desk anymore. I went through the phone tree and talked to someone in scheduling who supposedly forwarded me to the front desk. I was sent to voicemail, so I left a message asking what was going on and if I still had an appointment. I never heard back. Later that day, someone called me to reschedule and I asked her what happened. She said they had put me down as a no-show and had no idea why I wasn’t sent a link and I didn’t get the sense she really cared since that’s not her job. It’s sad what happens to medical care is merged with a for-profit corporation. I went from knowing everyone at the clinic to now I’m talking to strangers who are just doing a job and really don’t have time to care about me. It’s time to start looking elsewhere.
Oregon Integrated Health merged with Vida Integrated Health which was difficult at first as I don't do well with change.. but I am very happy with my new Doctor.. Doctor Clark is absolutely wonderful...I thought maybe it's just because she's new? But nope she really is a caring Doctor with a wonderful personality May God bless her and protect her... very Happy with Oregon Integrated Health..
Having State insurance, it can be difficult to find good primary care. I’ve been with Oregon Integrative Health for 5-6 years now, with State insurance and personal. I’ve gotten great care and truly appreciate my current Primary Physician here, Dr. Schmaltz, who always makes me feel heard and promptly takes care of my wellness needs without judgment. The staff and front desk are always helpful, kind, and understanding. I’m truly grateful for the care I received at the Salem location. Thank you OIH!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
