Hello folks, From the moment I walked into your office, to the prep room, procedure room and back and my discharge I was treated with kindness. Everyone was professional, explained what was going to happen, if I was ok, if I comfortable and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I felt safe and kind of pampered. Performed Colonoscopy. Minimal contact before or after. Report appeared to be thorough. Her pre-op manner was courteous and warm. No complaints. Would have rated higher, but for the lack of contact/interaction

High praise for all the staff throughout the process, from check in to patient pick up afterwards. Very professional, courteous, efficient and from my perspective, all the A+ boxes are checked. Thank you Dr. Kao and the whole team for making my experience with a must have procedure as pleasant as possible. The worst part was the prep.....
