South Salem Primary Care once again delivered timely and thorough care (as always!).
The entire team at South Salem Primary Care were kind, professional, and patient. They took the time to listen to my health concerns which is very important to me.
I've been going to this doctor's office for 9 years. Recently my PCP quit and I was not aware until the 8th of this month when I called to schedule an appointment. I had seen him before he quit while the office was newly under praxis health but they sent me to someone's voicemail who was supposed to help with with my next step aanndd, no response. I tried to go another route and request for new patient with praxis health (the new management is why my doctor quit), they told me they were not accepting "new patients". The letter I received March 14th (I didn't realize I had earlier or I'd have handled earlier, but I was still well within my means) said if I had any immediate needs within 30 days of the letter, they'd ensure I was cared for. I called on the 8th. Tried again on the 12th. I have an infection I needed seen, meds refilled, and I'm due for my labs.. and instead I was ignored, then flat out refused. It's now past 30 days, I've called many clinics in the area, most who are not accepting patients either, and got seriously screwed. It's clear praxis health doesn't care about it's employees or people's health. No honor, I'd very much not recommend, they'll probably just screw you over too
Absolutely the worst clinic I've ever been to. Rude, unprofessional and impatient staff, dilapidated furniture and smells of mildew. Will definitely be taking my insurance and business elsewhere. Not that it matters to them. 🙄
no live person answering phones, messages left frequently need a follow-up call, nobody available during 90-minute lunch breaks. pharmacy prescription subscriptions result in months of overstock on some meds at patient's residences (maybe need to take an annual inventory of patient stock?) . . Edit September 4th: My mom received a letter saying they are closing at the end of September 2021. Despite there being a pandemic that should have them busier than ever, I am not surprised at all that they are closing.
Dr Guha is so insensitive. I don't care if she knows what she's doing, but I doubt it, if she doesn't care about her patients, then she has no business being a doctor.
I really don't like to give negative reviews, but dealing with this group has been beyond frustrating. Incredibly poor communication, no live person answering phones during regular business hours. With Dr. Miller retiring, I'm very concerned about my parents quality of care.
Phone lines off during business hours. Lack of support from providers. Hard to get ahold of anyone. Left in pain for days with no help.
The physician's building group has a great Pharmacy and great staff and great doctors. I've been going here for 2 years and have had no bad experiences even through the covid they've worked to make sure that their customers are treated with fairness and respect and given good healthcare. My urge people to look past those drugs seeking or otherwise irate customers who use reviews to slander doctors and health professionals because they don't get their own way. Dr Mary Miller & Dr Guha are not only great doctors but they're the ones that I trust my family to.. I wholly recommend giving these professional the chance to help you.
I was there today met a nice doctor but it wasn’t Sandra young my normal doctor my back was thrashed it was an emergency appointment she only gave me two of the four prescriptions she said she would give me this place is terrible I’m crying all night suffering because she didn’t decide to send the prescriptions but she said she’d give me I can’t think of a more awful place because they were closed when I tried to contact them again to change things which left me suffering all night again why do you think I called you on a one day appointment I was suffering you do not care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
