The staff was wonderful. My doctor not so much. I had questions and concerns and I was dismissed with a hand wave while he was on the phone. Waited over an hour to see him and he literally spent 10 seconds with me.

My boyfriend has been Dr.Fan’s patient since 2019. I have seen absolutely no progress with his injury. Dr. Fan has shown no compassion or care for his patient. Failing to diagnose him properly and correctly. Providing him with very poor communication and misleading information, and poor after care. As his surgeon and doctor you would think he would show compassion towards his patients, that he would advocate for their health and well being, and that he would help guide them towards the right path to find solutions to their health problems and help them live a better everyday healthy life. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case with Dr.Fan he has failed his patient as his surgeon/doctor he has failed to properly care for him. It’s sad and infuriating seeing my boyfriend go through medical negligence in so many different ways. I wouldn’t want another patient to go through all of what Dr. Fan has put my boyfriend through. Wouldn’t trust him as my surgeon or doctor at all.

Dr. Fan was knowledgeable and professional. He explained my condition and offered treatment without having to wait for another appointment.

I'm still in recovery from my total shoulder replacement surgery. Dr Fan was my surgeon. Everything is going well and I'm ahead of schedule on recovery. Dr Fan and his staff are very pleasant and efficient. I will use them again if I need my other shoulder replaced.
