Chandler Boyd PA was pleasant enough, but I don't think he listen to what I was saying, he did not read my chart before he saw me and did not have a lot of pertinent information. I don't feel very confident with this PA

Mr. Butler impresses me at every appointment. He asks good questions to sort through any concerns I express. I NEVER feel like he is rushing to complete my appointment so he can move on to another patient. I wish he could be my PCP! Thank you, Mr. B.

Good experience took a little longer than expected understandable they were busy. Very good conversation with my PA very informative answered all my questions took the time to listen very important in my book. And worked out a time for my next appointment that works with my schedule. Took me time to order lyft for the ride home after my appointment though wi fi was sloooow. All in All pretty good.

If you can find an alternative to Salem Gastro, do so. It's nearly impossible to reach them, even if you are an established patient. When you call, you get an answering machine that says "Leave a message and someone will get back to you in 48 hours." Of course nobody returns your call. I've actually driven to the clinic and walked in to talk to someone in person because they don't return calls. Incredibly frustrating; it leaves a patient with no alternative but Urgent Care if they're having a serious problem. To be fair, once I've actually gotten to a doctor, it's been okay - but then if you need follow-up, forget it. Go up to Portland if you have to, but avoid Salem Gastro.

Candid clear communication of the options available. Best option decided mutually. Perhaps a necessary step of this interview, but I'm not sure if it was a needed as patients over 75 are usually cognizant of needed procedure for good health. Good team of providers as usual. Look forward to see Dr Em.
