List of Salem Urgent Care & Primary Care Clinic In South Commercial | Zoomcare's Reviews
My mother’s appointment was canceled and rescheduled four times over a two week period. The fourth time she showed up and the clinic was closed. No one cared to call her. We gave up. While you may be able to be scheduled quickly, they don’t honor it.
The staff is friendly but incompetent. Dr. Erin Steiner is one of the most unethical doctors I've ever dealt with. If you are getting multiple prescriptions refilled, be sure to REVIEW THE NOTES before you leave. She will pretend that you didn't talk about them and hold them hostage to force you to have multiple office visits to get each one refilled. She is happy to let you run out of medication and compromise your health to be able to bill more office visits.
I’ve had the best experience at both Zoom care locations, Bridgeport & NW 23rd. They actually listened 2 me. They were fast & thorough. They treated my problem instead of assuming it’s just hormonal or in my head. I can’t say enough about their kindness. I highly recommend them. Thank you Zoom Team! Sincerely Elizabeth Gross 8-14-24
The staff were kind, responsive, and conscientious in quickly following through on important things like faxing orders, making appointments, etc. My provider was kind, intelligent, and appropriately hippocratic in her decisions to intervene, medicate, etc only when necessary. My entire visit was under $400 which included blood work and important referrals. For someone paying out of pocket this is a very good value in my opinion. The quality of my experience here contrasts so starkly from other experiences that I really needed to encourage others to consider care here!
For all the Elders that have Medicare insurance. YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT THIS PLACE. They don't accept Medicare insurance. They suffer from white privledge and enjoy working with only private ins.
Once I had an appointment with Erin Steiner, I knew I had to schedule with her each time. She's amazing. She's super engaged and knowledgable, and truly inviting of questions, which she answers thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend choosing her if you have the option!
Nearly a year ago I was made to feel super uncomfortable by a male provider who was in a hurry. He refused to give me a gown or something to cover up my chest with so he could get to my arm for a flu shot injection. I felt so uncomfortable I got up and walked out. I reported the incident and this provider is still practicing through zoomcare. I also just had an appt for ear/throat pain w/low grade fever. I was found to have fluid on my left ear drum. The provider NEVER palpated my lymph nodes in my neck which are huge and refused to give me antibiotics. I have had to reschedule for tomorrow as I continue to have ear pain, throat pain and a low grade fever. She stated zoomcare had never prescribed antibiotics for me for ear infections. They actually diagnosed a double ear infection on me within the past 4 years at the Tanasbourne location and I was given antibiotics. This never clears without antibiotics. It takes all your energy to go to an appt when you feel like crap. Having to deal with an incompetent piece of 💩 provider that wastes your time and money, just to end up at home miserable with worsening symptoms is incredibly frustrating!!!! FYI when you contact zoomcare to report this kind of issue it takes 24 hours for a supervisor to call you back, if they actually get the message. Meanwhile you have to make another appt and go in again. All they care about is your money, not your well being. There's a reason most of these providers can only get jobs at zoomcare.
Scheduled an appointment on line today as I am ill. It was easy enough to schedule on line. Among the insurance choices is Medicare. I have Medicare, gave the information and booked the appointment. Arrived early as the website instructs you and was told they actually do not take Medicare. And as I have it, they canno6 see me and have me pay privately as I suggested. Really should fix their website!! Went to another clinic and received fast courteous service. Would never recommend them. In response to David R, the actual site where you book the appointment does indicate Medicare is accepted.
I went in after feeling sick for over six weeks. Turns out I had Pneumonia. Its easy to make an appointment online and not have to make a phone call and deal with getting put on-hold while a schedule is searched to see if you can be fit in on the same day. My only issue is that their website says x-rays and prescriptions on-site, but this isn't true, at least for the Salem location. I had to go to another medical office for the x-ray and prescriptions were written and I had to drop them off, just as I normally would with any other doctor. All in all, I would return should I need to be seen same day.
It is great having this place so close to home.. would have given 5 stars but my husband said the person he saw was rude to him. Dont really appreciate that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
