Front desk, x ray tech., Prep nurse and Dr. Hess all provided great service with compassion and professionalism! Dr. Hess reviewed my x-ray questioned me before diagnosing my hip issues and gave me a clear and understandable explanation with a plan of action.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hess. He is fabulous and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a knee replacement. He is awesome.

Was very disappointed and frustrated that I waited 40 minutes before I was told that the written report was not there. I contacted WVMC and was told that they had sent it over. Lacy verified your FAX number and resent the report only to be told Dr Hess already left for the day. I had taken time off work and came From McMinnville. I am also on a timeline with insurance. I had to reschedule a week out for another appointment.

I'm so happy the VA allowed me to have my hip replacement at Hope orthopedic in Salem Oregon and Dr. Hess did a fantastic job, I am doing well after my annual visit.

Very nice place,everybody was respectful and courteous.Though my visit was brief Dr.Hess seemed to be a pretty awesome guy and a great Doctor.

Dr. Hess perfectly performed injections to my knees for the second time! I’ve had them from others and he makes sure they are precise-and does so with an awesome smile (you can tell through the mask. You hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes!) Dr. Hess’ medical assistant was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The Keizer front office staff was exceptionally professional yet very friendly in the process of performing their duties. That is a balance often overlooked and I hope they know it is greatly appreciated! Best visit to Hope Orthopedics yet!

Dr. Hess is wonderful! I love his bedside manner and his personality! He is a fantastic doctor. I haven't had surgery yet with my knee. But the visits with Dr. Hess the couple of times I saw him were great. I like him as a doctor and a person.
