Go to any other clinic if you can. They don’t care, don’t communicate and refuse to treat you if they are not your care giver. I will be finding a new doctor that is professional … worse then Kaiser perm!!!

Up until recently Praxis was great, my husband and I were two of the first patients. Now it is terrible, today he went to his appointment and had to wait in line. One person behind the desk was not helping anyone. By the time he got to the front they said its 1247 sorry your 7 minutes late so you missed appointment even though much of that time was waiting in line. Then they said he had to leave. They must do this to charge a no show fee without providing any services. The front desk staff was rude and the supervisor he spoke to was unhelpful and wouldn't even listen to my husbands concerns. The last time he was there just last week he was early for his appointment but had to wait over 30 minutes for the doctor. Highly unorganized and they have lost thier personal touch. You'd be better off finding a different provider.

Mary Miller is just the best. She listens and truly cares about my health. Am very happy to be her patient.

I missed a video appointment I wasn't aware of, I did not get a reminder and now my Dr (DR Spencer) won't refill some VERY important medications, I have left 5 voicemails as they don't answer their phone. I have received no response and no medication. I can't even schedule a new appointment, this is ridiculous and extreme neglect of patients in their care. Updating after talking to Rachelle (very rude), they admit it was there fault but can't get me in for several days and I just have to go without medication. I would give this place negative 5 stars after that awful conversation with Rachelle.

Worst clinic ever! Dr.'s are not competent at all. The staff is rude.

We saw PA-C Christine Rue for my daughter today. We have been looking for a great primary care doctor for awhile now, and we found her! Our family is getting established with her, and our baby on the way will also see her. Christine was so kind, thorough, and great with my 2 yr old.

5 stars go to all the front end staff. Lab techs and medical assistants i have meet. 0 stars for doctor Datta. He didn't ask before touching me. He skimmed my medical records and told me I had lupus which I do not. So many things where just over his head. I have trust issues when it comes to medical issues. To have him miss read things and not seem to care about other things it really just left a sour taste in my mouth.
