The NP was very thorough, easy to interact with, and explained why she was ordering blood work. Excellent appointment
Nice people
Pleasant, listen and made me more comfortable to my situation of illness.
I am a woman with endometriosis related back pain. I have jumped through all the hoops of physical therapy, chiropractor, massage, multiple different anti inflammatories and muscle relaxers, CBD, injections, and multiple different birth controls. I found one medication that works for me. McKayla filled a three month supply for me and when I went in over six months later to get a refill, she said nah. Said things like “do you really want to be on this medication the rest of your life” as if being in pain from an incurable disease is a choice and “well it’s only three days out of the month” as if I should just suck it up. Proceeded to do a piss poor physical because she was obviously annoyed with me for even asking for the medication and when I later asked the manager to see a different provider there, she told me all the providers there practice in the same way and that I should just find a different doctor. Mind you many pain clinics in the area only see for injections (which often don’t help endometriosis related pain), are at capacity, don’t take all insurances, or specifically don’t see for endometriosis diagnosis. (Trust me, I’ve tried.) Long story short, if you’re a person with a uterus who wants to be treated like a human, or if you support people with uteruses being treated like a human, don’t go to this practice. Like Melissa the office manager said, all the providers here will treat you like crap, not just McKayla. PS. If you are a patient or a previous patient who has been treated this way by McKayla or anyone else in this practice, I suggest submitting a complaint to the Oregon medical board. Super easy, super fast response time, and they did say if they get enough complaints about this same issue, they will do a more in depth investigation.
Had an appointment scheduled & apparently they have no email to send documents to only a fax number which when calling & telling the front desk about my situation nobody mentioned to me & then the building has no service (at least with having Verizon) so my appointment was for nothing. Just an odd experience all together & not helpful. Hopefully this is a one in one situation since my previous appointments haven't been this way. If you're able to get an email I think it would be very beneficial.
I was seen by Dr. Paula Spencer and she was so nice! She was very thorough for my first time visit! I would recommend her to anyone!
I am beyond grateful to have found this clinic with the most caring top notch Drs. Alyssa Rollins(Schmidt) is very compassionate and truly on your side. As well as considerate with her time to let you explain your concerns. Don Winder is also as phenomenal and is another Dr there that I've seen. I am extremely impressed with the way he makes you feel important and goes above and beyond to be sure you are getting the exact care that is needed. I appreciate you both immensely.
McKayla Pollard is the best primary care provider in town. She’s great!
Dr Rollins is amazing, I never feel rushed when I have appts with her, she always takes the time to listen. I've had other appts with a few other providers there, due to wanting to be seen ASAP for an issue, and those other providers have been great and caring as well.
Alyssa Rollins is absolutely wonderful. She listens with the intention to understand, care, and support her patients in away all providers should. I’ve been a nurse for 13 years and have worked with many providers that could learn a thing or two from her bedside manner alone. She has been a great support for both my husband and I going through mental and physical health problems. I can not recommend her enough.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
