The only issue with Hope Ortho is they have so many patients that they never are on time for your appointment. But, you have compassionate, friendly and listening staff that goes out of their way to give great service.

Well I guess I got off on the wrong foot,yet I'm in so much pain at this point. If someone asked you, so what do you do. The didn't say I'm a Dr. or what it seemed was unessessary talk while your in major pain you would be short with them, and I was. Dr. Takdali is very good , and he knows what to do, in my case he sees what needs to be done

The MA and doctor were top notch.Very attentive.Having to wait outside was cold but necessary due to COVID precautions. With a fractured and leg it was difficult to stand for all the X-rays, so allowed me to do leg x-ray lying down.Again standing to check in and out was difficult. Dr. Taksali was very professional and informative. He is a 5 star.

The initial greeting from the staff to have us check in was not the best. There seemed to be an attitude of indifference toward us as we were being ignored for a while. I actually called to find out why we were being ignored. When I asked if the clinic was running behind schedule , since we were waiting outside for almost 30 minutes, we were told by the outside check in staff that they had no idea. I actually ended up calling the clinic again to find out if the appts were running behind schedule. It was at that time we were taken inside fir the appt . The inside staff were great. The PA that helped us was great as well as the nurse that took my husbands vitals. The outside check in staff was borderline rude.

Patients waited in their cars and were called when the doctor was ready to see them. Very good idea because of the Covid 19 virus. Very short wait. All precautions were taken to insure the patients safety. Short wait in the examination room before the doctor came in. Very helpful in things to do to help me recover at home from my accident. Follow-up appointment was already made and given to me when appointment was concluded. Very efficient in all areas and very helpful staff.
