Valerie is an amazing Dr. She listened to my concerns and told me things that another OB didn't. Which could have prevented a year of pain and misery. She was also my surgeon and I have felt amazing ever since. Thank you

Joyce Heffner has now delivered 2 of my babies I had an awesome experience with both deliveries and would highly recommend Joyce heffner as far as the other doctors I have only used Joyce heffner so I have nothing to really say about the other doctors but when have spoken to the on calls they are super rude

Without going into to much personal details, I would just like to say I had a horrible experience with this group. Dr.Stevens H Samawi is an arrogant bully. Joyce Heffner is pleasant but to busy to stay on top of all her patients and when having a baby at Salem hospital you never know who will be on call to deliver your baby. They take on so many patients it’s very easy for things to slip through their fingers when something is wrong. When having your first baby, you must relay on the professional knowledge of these doctors to do there best to keep you and your baby safe and healthy. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Heffner is an amazing OB and I highly recommend her she is amazing at making you feel comfortable and knowing it's gonna be ok she is great at answering all questions she is just a really great OB

I had Dr Hefner perform surgery on me and she was the best Dr I have ever had she’s got whit class and she’s very bright. I just wish I could have her as my main Dr life would be good. S Blighton. Thanks Doc

Valerie was such a wonderful OB. She was very down to earth and very helpful. I could call her at any time and she would always get back to me. She is funny and very personable. I am now pregnant with my second child and she was my first pick!
