The appointment reminder system is completely wretched and then sometimes when you make an appointment, they’ll call you and tell you your appointments another time and then when they tell you when your appointment is, sometimes you call and they say that it’s another time I’m a disable Veteran I was in a deep depression. My doctor here hook me up. We figured it out, but yet because of their crappy service he did not approve my medication and it’s not anything bad. It’s Wellbutrin 300 mg. It was the key. It took a long time to figure out how to get me out of my house. I was in there for three years man serious.
I was seen right away. I didn't have to wait no longer than 3 minutes.
I have been going to Well Life Medicine in West Salem for a year and a half seeing Dr. Aubrey Harding on a regular basis. From the very first appointment, I noticed there was something different about this medical organization and it left me feeling hopeful and excited. Since then, I have received consistent first class medical care from all of the staff and particularly from my doctor. All the staff are competent, patient, and kind and Dr. Harding is one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered in my multiple decades of life. I am grateful to have found Well Life Medicine - it has changed my life for the better.
Guess what guys… it’s not my gallbladder that you wanted to remove. 🥰 maybe next time someone complains about abdominal pain and their heart rate picking up so high they can’t stand you will listen. Last time I went in I complained about my side hurting and the response was I should get my gallbladder removed. Pain wasn’t even localized to that area. Here I am with more issues later cuz y’all wouldn’t look deeper and just wanted to remove an organ 😁 Update - turns out I need to a cardiologist. I went in numerous time about heart problems (bug symptoms) and I was told it’s stress. It’s just stress. To finally find out from an ER visit it’s one of my left chambers. Still you said it was stress but never instructed to follow up with anyone or anything just said less stress. Now this last doctors appointment and Er visit everyone is shocked and confused to why I don’t have a cardiologist. This place blames everything in stress. They actively ignore symptoms and avoid helping. Just a note I told you I couldn’t even walk up the stairs without feeling pain in my heart and feeling faint. Sorry if there are spelling errors I don’t want to spend any more energy on this facility. I also had Dr. Harding
The one time someone answered their phones I couldn't get a basic insurance question answered, as in do you accept xyz insurance.... I left a few messages with no return calls. Guess I'm finding a new doctor.
Absolutely not. During my last visit I was told by the nurse "we are offering COVID and flu today". I assumed this meant vaccination, and declined. Turns out they meant testing, which I did want, because I was sick. Later, I heard the same nurse tell the doctor that she had never done a swab before. Wtf? I then waited there for twenty minutes. She had forgotten about me until I peeked my head out. Then forgot about me AGAIN when she needed to give me test results. The doctor came in and was surprised I was still there. Same doctor is also completely dismissive and acts like I'm challenging her authority when I'm just trying to get answers about my condition. Now that the doctor has left, I find out she never submitted my paperwork for a blood test and even though I called to be transferred to another doctor intermittently, my call was never returned. Absolutely unprofessional and I will be taking my business somewhere else. If you have anything chronic DO NOT go here. Two stars because the receptionist is kind, at least.
Absolutely awful, not one time have my meds been sent to the pharmacy on time, leaving me hanging without my mental health meds. At this point they have put more strain on my mental health than help me.
The doctors are actually amazing here, but the staff make it impossible to get anything scheduled. The record keeping is not what it used to be. This little clinic was one of the few that actually provided amazing care. Now, existing patients can't even get in, because the staff is all over the place. Having a chronic illness with zero access to medication is a problem. Do not come here. You will not get treated.
I’m hesitant to leave this review because I don’t want this place to get too crowded lol. I have some complex medical issues that I am a bit particular about. I was previously paying out of pocket to go to a Direct Primary Care clinic which I really liked, but it was getting too expensive for me. I wanted to find a local provider who accepted my insurance. I called around at the names given to me by my insurance company, and they either had 6+ wait lists, or weren’t accepting new patients at all! A friend recommended Well Life to me and I’m so glad they did. I was able to get in quickly, and I felt heard. It’s obvious Dr Tindall really cares about her patients. It’s also obvious that Dr Tindall is super smart- but she is also open to listening to your opinion as you’re the one living in your body. It’s hard to find a physician who doesn’t mind when you ask lots of questions or suggest to them a solution that you may have looked into yourself. I had such a good experience in fact, I now take my child for care here as well.
Doctor I was assigned came in once a week not good for seniors , 2nd doctor scary wore a mask after COVID restriction lifted I had had 4 moderna shots dropped wellife through welfare went back to United health care .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
