Should not take 10+ minutes just to CHECK IN. Absolutely ridiculous. More important to chat with your friends on the phone than check people in. And then shuffle everyone down the hall. I have a lot more to say, just not on this form🤬
Had a new doctor for our son and she was extremely thorough, professional and spent a lot of time. Could tell she really cared for her patients!

Appt with a doctor who isn’t my PCP. Really liked the doc. She paid attention to what I said and took the time to explained what was going on. I felt like she did t just want to through Rx at me. I’d prefer to see her again
I have looked for years for a place where my whole family could be treated in one location and finally found it! We love Kristen Jamsa, but have also had wonderful experiences with Dr. Hanna, Dr. Blair, and others. Never had a bad provider experience (except that had a locum doc for a bit who wasn’t my favorite). Staff are friendly and helpful and I love the mission. Medicine should be NON-PROFIT, and this one feels like it. Highly recommend.
Be careful this clinic will drop you and transfer you clinics without you knowing.
My experience with them is all bad Front desk service is horrible and I have over hurt them talk bad about people going in. My experience with pediatrician is not good had one lady actually hurt my daughters ear and nothing was done about to my youngest been told to shave everyday because she has a sweating issue from her getting nervous and she was only 12 like not something u want your 12 year old to do right they lost all shot records like I just don’t understand I been with them for almost 3 years and all of a sudden they have no shot records
Had a newborn baby went to wfmc health for our first visit the assistant that came in to check the baby didnt wash their hands the pediatrician who came to see the baby didn't wash her hands and we came a second time and they still didn't wash their hands its common sense you would think if your dealing with sick patients all day and knowing newborns are sensitive to exposure to bacteria and sickness you would wash your hands before dealing with patients we allready switched to a diffrent clinic and it's been going great
I’m not the type of person to complain but my experience was just very unprofessional and very unpleasant with dr CYNTHIA WORNSTAFF , she was very unprofessional and super rude .These past two appointments that i had with her made me want to walk out mid conversation with her for the way she would talk to me .1 she had no clue what i was there for even tho they where the one who wanted me to get a bunch of stuff done and still had no clue .2 .She does not let you talk at all cuts you off mid conversation and makes you feel dumb and acts like you don’t know what your talking about .3 As soon as my appointment was done all she said was “Leave bye ,bye “ with an attitude. Will i be seeing her again ? hell no ,WILL NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE .
I read some of the other comments and really felt a need to share. My wife has her doctor here (Dr. Jamsa), and I went with her to multiple appointments in anticipation of our newborn baby. The doctors are great, and the medical staff and front desk receptionists have always treated us professionally and with the utmost respect. We like it so much here that we wanted our newborn to also get care here. We mainly see Dr. Scott, who also is great. I saw some posts about waiting 2 hours or whatever. I have never encountered anything like that personally. Our normal wait time is 10 mins max, and as busy as this place is, me, my wife, and our precious baby always feel seen and are treated great. I went in today with my 4 month year old for some vaccines, and were out the door 20 minutes later. Any questions we have always get answered, and we plan on being patients here for a long time. 🩵 It's easier to leave a bad review than a good one, and usually someone being upset results in leaving a bad review. I wanted to counter that by putting some love back into the world and give my honest opinion about this place. Thanks WMFC for all your hard work. We love you guys.
