What an absolute joke of a health care provider. Right from the start I never received a reminder text as I was told I would be given. The text I did receive was simply a link to the video call with ZERO instructions and days before the actual appointment leading me to believe I was missing it and panicking to sign in as soon as I saw the text, basically leaving me sitting there confused for a ridiculous length of time until I gave up. Thankfully I noticed a voicemail later on with my appointment day/time. There are reasons regarding my disabilities and why I specially asked if they do text reminders and got confirmation that I would be receiving a TEXT REMINDER and not a phone call. Once on the call I was quickly made aware that he hadn’t bothered to read anything in my file or speak with my primary, or PT, about why I was being referred to neurology. Dr Seeto continuously cut me off, not allowing me to explain, often after HE asked a question that I was attempting to answer. When this caused me to lose me place (heavy brain fog) rather than have a semblance of patience so I could bring myself back to the conversation, he would just cut me off again. I ended up just leaving the call entirely in the middle of it in utter frustration. His staff was just as horrific when trying to call back. Apparently he is the sole entity in charge so there wasn’t even a person to address his lack of care and in unprofessionalism with. I was also deadnamed by his staff, despite the fact I had my name typed out MYSELF for the video call, with ZERO apology after pointing it out. The only thing this sham of a doctor and his ill behaved staff are good for is to send someone seeking answers into an emotional crisis that exasperates their symptoms to a point of requiring ACTUAL medical care from ACTUAL caring medical staff. Frankly, he needs to retire and his staff need to find another line of work that doesn’t involve caring for people.
