Absolutely awful can not get insulin prescription filled on time I always run out and it becomes an emergency. They also spend my whole appointment listening to me breath nothing else. Also the medical assistant looks and acts like she's on crack.

Usually good experiences, but most visits I have to wait 10 to 30 minutes to see the doctor. Today I was 15 minutes late, and I was turned away. Disappointing and frustrating.

I found Dr. Bennion to be a very good listener and excellent at explaining how the Thyroid works, he's a great person. My problem was his office staff, the waiting area is situated in a way that they can't see who comes in or when. I found them to be rude, as in I'm bothering them to ask even a simple question, I dreaded the waiting room part of my visit, during Covid I walked in and no one was at the reception, I sat and figured since I'd checked in twice online I would wait for them to call me back, they became busy, I waited a bit longer and after 30 min no one called my name, I walked up asked why it was taking a bit, the receptionist told me in a very rude manner that I missed my appointment and also would be charged for not attending. I told her I had been there all along and she told me I must reschedule, then she left the area went back and returned to say the dr would see me. I was very upset, never been treated so rudely, after I got home I did indeed receive a $50 charge, which I called the office and was treated rudely again, that was my last visit I never deserved to be treated so rudely, many times over.

Dr Bennion takes the time to hear and really understand your health concerns. My husband, son and myself have all seen him for different reasons and have received exceptional medical care. Everyone wants a doctor that really cares and takes the time to listen as well as give expert medical treatment and Dr.Bennion is that type of doctor. As you can see, I would highly recommend him.
