Just started my primary care here and so far it's been good. Staff has a welcoming attitude and my doctor seems helpful. It did take a long time to get my first appointment but that just is how it goes in current times.

I have to say as someone who has a checkered past. I have been sober for five or six years now. It was nice to be treated like a human being. I can't tell you how many poor experiences I have had with doctors where they think you are there trying to talk them out of opioid medications. I felt like Doctor Koenig really listened to what I was saying and did her best to help me be more healthy. It actually brought tears to my eyes as I was driving home. I was so used to being looked down on because of my history and that was not the vibe I got here. I would highly recommend. Truly I was dreading the appointment but it was great just so much more compassion than any other healthcare provider I have seen since I was a child. Five stars.

I went in as a recheck for blood pressure but because I have a cold my appt became about COVID instead. Now I have to go back in 2 weeks to revisit what I initially was going in for. Taking time off work and having to pay another co pay. If they would have just spent an extra 10 minutes they could have done what I originally was there for. Just frustrating.

The staff here is excellent, and they are always caring and kind when working with my father who has advanced dementia. His FNP Kristen Koenig takes excellent care of him, which can be difficult because he cannot clearly express how he is feeling or what he needs. I deeply appreciate how dedicated she is to her patients.

I feel very comfortable going here. You never have to wait. They are on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and always get answers to my questions. I see Christy Hakala PA and she is wonderful. Maggie her MOA is great at what she does and does an excellent job.
