I called prior to bringing my 3 yr old here to check if they did imaging as her PCP asked us to do a chest X-ray and follow up with her. The receptionist put me on hold for 8 minutes picked up the phone and hung up. I called back to which she literally picked up the phone was talking to another person in the office and hung up on me again! I called back asked why she said she was with a patient. Ok great your with someone that explains the 8 minute hold not hanging up on people twice. Once is an accident twice is incompetence. Still brought my daughter here we saw a PA who then refused to do imaging because to him the crackling her her lungs wasn’t bad enough to be pneumonia. Gave her some steroids said she has bronchitis and sent us home. Now her cough is worse and her pediatrician has asked that we go get imaging somewhere that will actually help her. It’s always frustrating but when it comes to a 3 year old and unwillingness to listen, work with us, and the complete lack of customer service by the front desk lady don’t waste your time. Get better by being seen somewhere that actually cares for your health and concerns!

Couldn’t get appointment with regular Doctor for a week. Was able to see a doctor same day I called and got my needs taken care of. Nice/friendly/prompt care. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to see a doctor right away.

Very nice staff, they try to get you in and out quickly. Didn't even have to sit in the tiny room very long.

Went with my daughter to get covid testing. They made us same day appointments and had us fill out online paperwork. Very streamlined process. They were on time, friendly and had a clean office.

Got in quicker than the ER, friendly staff. The only reason I took 1 star off is because of the cleanliness. The counter in my room didn’t appear to have been wiped off and there was a pest issue (ants in the biohazard box).Otherwise, I was having a pretty hard time and they were sympathetic and caring.
