I’ve known Dr. Cook for many years, as a patient. Fortunately, my heart is in good shape, but should I have new concerns it is comforting to know that he & his friendly staff are there to help.

Horrific doctor! I'm FB shaming this doctor! He agreed to release my mom last night saying the hospital couldn't do anymore for my mom even though she was having horrible runs of abnormal pvcs. Needless to say my mother is back again, very early this morning it shocked her twice in a row fourth one knocked her almost out. Just imagine your mom being electrocuted by lightening and you can't do anything but watch! Before this happened I called this doctor last night to ask further question and give my input that I believed the hospital only released my mother due to all the beds being full. His response, "Listen don't make accusations about the hospital, your mom would be dead without the electric shocks from that device!" Then proceeded to hang up on me. I will be dealing with this first thing Monday morning. I'm hurting seeing my mom hurt and to deal with this insensitive ass wasn't what I needed.

Dr. Cook is conservative. treatment-wise, and looks at the whole clinical picture to make care decisions. Despite having a busy practice that involves complex care, he has patience with both elderly clients and their concerned family members. It cannot be said enough that *cardiac* care in today's American clinical environment amid a culture of multiple co-morbidities is no picnic, so to speak. That Dr. Cook provides good care is not only his job; but, a testament to his character. Thank you.
