Love this place and love Dr.D

I became a new patient with this clinic in Dec of 2022. there were numerous administrative mix-ups and my appt was cancelled by them twice. The PA and her assistant were very nice. I recently called to make an appointment and was told I was "deactivated" and could not come back to the clinic. Why? They could not tell me. I have a call into Theresa too. This is a very unorganized place but may have good medical care providers. What a mess.

So I arrived 20 minute early, as suggested. Waited 25 minutes more past my scheduled appt. for almost an hour I sat there with no one else in the waiting room. When I finally got sick of sitting there I asked the VERY RUDE woman at the counter how long I am expected to wait she got irritated and told me to just wait. NOT!!!!! My biggest regret is paying my $40 co-pay before I walked out of this JOKE OF A DOCTORS OFFICE. Dr. Bybee was great but he left, I wonder why.................................Soooooo, come to find out my co-pay is only $20 and these CULLS actually billed my insurance for a full office visit!! FRAUD MUCH???

Sketch. I confronted them about prescribing the lowest possible doses for prescription money, and their response was to drop me. Suspicious, much? re: Why would I call your administrator? Your business is dying, I don't need to remount this sinking ship.

Love the staff and my Dr. Always very helpful and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand.

I visited this clinic in october for two issues. I was very clear that I was a college student with few financial resources and that whatever we did needed to be covered by my insurance. My doctor insisted on a few specific tests about a minor issue I was having and then ignored my big issue. She then tried to prescribe me a steroid for this minor issue to take EVERY DAY not covered by my insurance. Steroids are not meant to be taken forever. I was forced to come in for a follow up appointment and pay another copay just to discuss the results of my labs and be told I was fine. Months later, I received a bill for $400 for a test I was never given the results for, despite that extra appointment. I was told this was a clerical error on their end and that it would be fixed. It never was, despite my endless phone calls between the dr's office, insurance, and the lab attached to the office. I'm really disappointed in this clinic and I won't be returning now that my bill is paid.

I just had my first appointment with Dr D. It could not have been better. Dr D listened to all my concerns and I had a great visit.

Tanya Fresquez is an amazing doctor. I didn't feel rushed, I was listened too and she was receptive to my input. That's a big deal for me. Most of the time with other offices, I feel like they're just trying to get as many patients in and out as fast as they can. I highly recommend Tanya, I look forward to working with ya'll in the future.

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. I was a little bit nervous about the staff changes but scheduled an appointment with Tanya Fresquez and I am so glad I did! What a great experience. Her assistant was very kind, personable and helpful. Tanya is awesome. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. She spent a lot of time with me. Went through my lab work and history with me. Very open to questions. I really appreciate that she is aware of how important diet and exercise is in overall health.
