I have high anxiety even when I'm not at the dentist 😅 Everyone is so patient and understanding with me throughout my appointments and are super nice. To add onto my previous review from 7 months ago ^^. Even though the staff is very friendly and helpful, it is impossible to get through your treatment plan in a timely manner. My treatment plan was started September 2022 and as of end of December 2023, it is nowhere near finished. As I wait for a call back for my appointments, my teeth are getting worse despite my best efforts. I also haven't had a cleaning this year as I am on a call list for that, as well. I called today (12.28.23) and I was told that I'll receive a call back.. I would just very much like to keep my teeth instead of having them pulled because I am unable to get seen in a time that I am supposed to. I understand staffing shortages but my dental health is very important to me, too. Something that was a small issue when the treatment plan started is now a bigger issue and making my self confidence go right out the window.

The staff is kind and helpful. However, it is impossible to schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled months in advance. Nothing is ever available. Never got a call back either. I had to call multiple times over a period of 2-3 months to finally be seen.

I have a broken tooth, I am in pain, I can't eat and the soonest appointment I can get is in 4 days? So much for "48 hours or less for emergency appointments." I guess an "emergency" is only if your jaw falls off.

Willamette Dental is the best. The same day I called for an appointment I was able to get in and within 25 minutes of arriving, I was out the door with a fresh filling and experienced no pain. Dr. T is the best dentist on the planet!

In 6 years of going to the same Dental office, I don't think we have ever had a bad experience. Everyone we work with is kind, professional, and makes my son feel at ease. Such a great dental group!

Professional, kind and caring Got me in quickly, and the Wonderful young woman that held my hand through it all with infection and teeth pulled. I am terrified of shots and all things dental - having that warm caring person there made a huge difference. The care by the Dentist and all staff was excellent

They were great! Got me in immediately for a fractured crown and had me on my way in an hour. Friendly and personable. Made a possibly traumatic experience into an enjoyable one. Well… as enjoyable as having a tooth repaired can be. Well Done!
