Thank you for fitting me in and assisting me with an unexpected eye infection. Quick, painless, and I was listened to. Very nice bedside manner from the doctor and nurse. I want to note that the receptionists really took care of me above and beyond by listening to me in when I was in pain, checking all my insurance for me and clarifying when vision and medical would be billed for different services, and just being gems. I wish all medical offices were run this way. I can see why this place is recommended by my primary care provider. They weren’t taking new patients when I first moved here and I am so thankful they are now. Get in here while you can.

I won't tell you the details of how awful the service is. You wouldn't believe it. I still don't believe it. And even more it is not my first time to get unbelievable horrible service here. I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a bad day. Honestly you would not believe how bad the service is

So i made an appointment to get contacts and had to cancel due to staffing issues at work. I called over 2 weeks in advance to cancel my appointment and they still charged me an inconvenience fee of $25. When i called to pay it i told them i would not be making another appointment and i would go elsewhere. Id rather drive to Hermiston to family affordable eye wear. The people are great and they understand that life happens. Not to mention they give me my glasses the same day. No waiting.

The doctor and assistance were lovely! But the receptionist are the rudest people I've ever met! I always get hung up on while trying to make a appointment, they worked very slow and I would get transferred and transferred to another person!
