Excellent. This is my third attempt at sending in this review but it wont get "submitted" Dr Ditra is the best.

Neurologists were so strangely unavailable in The Dalles, OR, unlike central CA, where I resided 5 and a half years ago. So, I was willing to have reasonably good hopes for Dr Ratna Bitra. But my hopes went DOWNHILL very FAST! The moment after she entered the room, I held out my hand and said: "Hi. It's very nice to meet you." She quickly shook her head and said: "Covid." She told me nothing at all that was helpful; only asked me a lot of point-blank and unnecessary questions after I had shown her a detailed summary of my past 10 and a half years of Epilepsy. To make a long story much shorter: she was very rude and even a bit unnerving. (Sigh.) Well, she isn't the first of her sort I've ever met. Near to the WORST, maybe. But not the first. (She does not deserve even 1 star, but if I did not give that... then I would not be able to post this.) I will add, then, only this: "Have Epilepsy? Then, please, beware!"

Would never recommend this doctor or her office to anyone. I realize it's a pandemic and everyone is short staffed but they lack empathy or care for patients. Refills are a nightmare. They constantly mess up scheduling and do things like double book and then realize they've made a mistake and ask if you can wait for an appointment. Probably the worst part is that the doctor is not very good at working ...

Dr. Bitra has a heavy Indian accent making it difficult to understand her. I left the office feeling I didn't get my questions and concerns addressed adequately by her.
