Still Love Dr Mohr....just NOT the clinic and staff. The support staff gets this place 1 Star (rounding up). Not worth it!Dr. Martindale is a Rockstar/Miracle worker and he has left the practice as well!!Go find Dr Martindale for any sports related injury he is amazing! He is practicing in an interim facility in Wilsonville!
I am an active person and I am clumsy. Not a good combination. When I do injure myself ( that doesn’t involve a hospital visit) I go and see dr.mohr. My family has seen him for 10 years ranging from twisted ankles, limited movement of joints, migraines, realignment from improper posture sitting at a desk staring at excel sheets for hours, knee injury. From my experience, what hurts isn’t the issue but the cause of something else. And that is what is worked on and corrected. I admire his deep understanding of motion of the body and his ability to get me on the right track to fix my injury.... injuries. Highly recommend.
My husband and I have seen Dr Adam Mohr for over a decade. His sports medicine background is such a unique take on traditional chiropractic care and gets me back to my exercise routine as quickly as possible. I also appreciate the care he shows for each patient. I truly feel like family with the way I am treated and could not be more appreciative.
I went to acceleration twice for treatment. I was not using insurance and paid the bill in full both visits. Nearly two months later I received an additional bill with no additional services. They claimed i only partially paid the first visit, even though i waited for the chiropractor to input all costs. I was not told of a balance after my second visit either. I was happy with the service but their billing practice seems less than legit. I had no choice but to pay to avoid a collection.
Dr. Martindale and the team at Acceleration are the best in the industry. I started seeing him about 10mo ago when I was battling some issues with a calf from running. He went right to work diagnosing what was happening, and coming up with a holistic treatment plan. Angela, their massage therapist is amazing and Matt the strength and PT guy is wonderful too. Sandra at the front desk is incredibly helpful and does a great job of explaining charges, etc. I just can't say enough good things about the clinic and for sure recommend to anyone dealing with injuries, pain, etc.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their duplicitous billing (in which they refused to tell me actual costs, or that 5 minutes of "therapeutic exercises" constituted a $94 fee each appointment that insurance companies won't cover), caused me to receive a bill for $461. I tried to contact them to discuss my frustration over this bill, they have refused to call or email me. I would receive a statement only every 6 months. I just received a statement that had a post date of August 29th, but the bill was actually printed July 2nd. Their billing department can't be bothered to send bills on a timely manner. I tried calling them yesterday to talk to the manager (there is a note saying that I will be sent to collections, call if I have any questions), and, after learning who I was, told me (this is word for word), "oh, she doesn't want to talk to YOU." She then hung up on me. Now I have to pay their $461 fraudulent bill even though no one can be bothered to contact me from their practice. I have seen many chiropractors in my life. They always tell you what their costs will be. This one refused to do so, and even lied to me. The receptionist (probably the same one I spoke to yesterday) had told me that I would only ever have to pay $25 per visit until my insurance ran out (which it never did). Dr. Martindale told me (again, this is verbatim) that I need to "harass my insurance company," even though they are the ones who never told me the fees, even though I clearly asked and reiterated what the receptionist told me. I teach customer service for a living, and I consult small businesses about their business practices. Even though I have seen some shady businesses in my career, I have never seen one that actively defrauds their patients. Shameful.
I love this place! They have helped me recover from multiple accidents. I have been a patient for 5 years on and off, and I say that because they heal my injuries so that regular treatment is not required. I keep coming back because I have had new injuries and know that Acceleration Sports Medicine will help me get back to normal. Dr. Martindale is very friendly and focused on healing. Over the years, we have developed a great patient client relationship and I feel comfortable telling him about my ailments. His focus physical therapy and exercising has helped me to recover from multiple whip lash injuries and most recently a spinal fracture. All of the staff are friendly and overly helpful. I highly recommend Acceleration Sports Medicine.
As an older athlete, I highly recommend Dr. Mohr. He keeps me moving in the right direction.
After 2+ months with another medical team without results for serious back problems after a gym injury, I was thankfully referred to this group and I immediately felt at home. The integrated approach between Dr. Martindale and massage therapist extraordinaire Angela is game-changing. Both are highly professional, push me in all the right ways, and for the first time in months I feel hopeful I'm on the right track to getting back to work and back to the gym. From the cheerful and helpful front office staff to the genuine approach and constant feedback loops to alter treatments if results aren't happening, I really appreciate all they are doing. Not only that, but prescription exercises are delivered using videos so if you can't absorb it all in the treatment room, you have a video of the specific exercise to help you. Communication is top notch - including emails answered over the weekend when one of the exercises wasn't going as planned. Or remembering small details about a conversation from weeks ago. An office filled with great people who genuinely listen and care for their patients.Highly recommend!
I've had several chiropractors over the years and have never been as satisfied as I am with Adam Mohr. He's attentive, knowledgeable and great with sports performance related rehab being an athlete himself. Highly recommended, and Angela the massage therapist and Emily the acupuncturist with her incredibly caring and professional demeanor round out what might just be the perfect health and wellness clinic!!! 6 stars if I could.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
