I went to see Dr. Sandmeier after lots of online research into sports medicine specialists who focus on knee injuries. He was able to give me a really good idea of what was going on with my knees and walked me through multiple treatment options and the long-term impacts. He answered all of my questions kindly and with patience. One of the best doctors I've seen. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a knee injury or even a joint disorder that impacts their knees.

It started when I walked in the door. The receptionist was so kind and asked and said four kind things as she was checking me in. She put me at ease and made me smile Tina my PT person wax even better. Theo rough, kind, competent. I left with a hood plan for a months old injury.

I have absolutely No complaints. (Don't consider the only person, that put a one star review)When going to an urgent care normaly there's no "reserved" time, of when you are getting there... or when you will be seen.Its urgent care for christ sake....staff, nurses, and doctors were every punctual, attentive, and kind.... beyond words. The wait time was less then if one had to go to the emergency room...

This is not a review about their doctors, it's about their poorly organized front office. I talked to 3 different people that each had a different reason to deny me: I was told to get a referral (I did), I was inexplicably told I don't have insurance (false), then finally I was told that they're going to change their policy and that my referral and insurance don't matter anymore. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED not to waste your time with their misinformation. Again this not a review of Thomas Starbard himself.
