One visit to Dr. Snow. He will be removing an umbilical hernia next year. Dr. Snow was fast and efficient and on time. The visit was incredibly easy. I would give it 4/5 I'll update after my surgery and see how it goes!
Don't use them, they'll send you to collections even if you have insurance to cover your costs. They do business with Atlas Financial who are Scum and will sue you in small claims court for some random bill you paid 3 years ago. I will never use Portland Clinic again, this is the problem with our Healthcare system.
Quite simply, after moving here, from Chicago, 3 years ago, we have found The Portland Clinic is proactive, thoughtful, thorough, wise, professional, accommodating, kindly, and often delightful! Whether the issue has been serious or routine, my wife and I feel physicians, nurses, ancillary, and administrative people are top-grade in all areas. It so happens we have found ourselves in Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Northeast, and downtown locations. We're very grateful to be able to depend on all of these for our medical needs. We don't hesitate to recommend The Portland Clinic!
Professional and Caring. Great process and facility. Thank you everyone.
Great place to work! The team is wholly committed to providing a safe and positive atmosphere for patient care.
I recently had a surgical procedure performed here and was a bit nervous leading to the surgery date. I've never been on anesthesia or sedation and was literally dreading going in to say the least. My procedure required me to have commute assistance and did not allow me to drive home alone post procedure. Luckily, they work with Metro West ambulatory service that offer pay-for transport to and from your procedure. When I arrived there were other people waiting in the seating area. I didn't know whether they were patients like me that were waiting for surgery or if they were waiting for someone they dropped off for surgery. When the nurse came to the front counter and greeted me things were fine up to when we got to the surgery prep area with the IV machine and bed. I may not have been visually nervous but I was absolutely nervous considering it was my first time being in this environment - never had a broken bone in more than 40 years. The nurse had phenomenal bedside manner making me feel more comfortable the more we talked. It was a bit of a challenge initially trying to find an appropriate vein to insert the IV that had to go through the reverse side of my hand unlike a regular blood test. After the nurse left and about 10 mins I had to use the restroom one last time before the actual procedure. I knew to press the button that the nurse informed me of before she left if I needed anything. Another nurse came to walk me to the restroom because I was literally attached to the IV unit. This I later learned may have been the physician assistant that accompanied the specialist during the actual procedure. When I got back from the restroom my specialist came to talk with me about any last minute reservations or questions I might have. Then the nurse that was responsible for administrating the anesthesia came to talk to me and then rolled me down the aisle toward the operating room. Once I got in there I thought I had gotten past the nervousness part up until the anesthesia administering nurse mentioned the possible effects of such medications just seconds before doing it. I thought that was a bit odd but the nurse had a comforting presence so I went with it already preparing myself mentally for the worst. I woke up toward the latter part of the procedure so I was able to observe a portion of the procedure. I was then rolled back to the prep area and was greeted by yet another nurse that provided me with a soda and crackers. Doesn't seem like much but if you have ever been on a liquid diet for several days this quick meal made me feel so much better. After getting my things from my locker I walked back to the front counter where the front desk check in person told me that Metro West was waiting for me. Got back in the ride with Metro West and was home it seemed quicker than it did on the initial commute. I have to say my overall experience was really good considering it was my first time having a surgical procedure. Part of the entire process is believing that the doctors and nurses that are there will take care of you to the best of their ability. I was happy with my experience here and wanted to write a review about my experience.
Good service but its a product of todays healthcare system. Very Unfortunate because doctors and staff our great but I didn't get the service I needed due to what is going on in todays society.
DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC I took my daughter to Portland Clinic Urgent Care: Tigard to treat a small cut on her foot that had become infected. The provider told us to go to an Emergency Room for treatment. We went to St Vincent Medical Center, waited for hours to see a doctor who could not understand why the Urgent Care could not treat her. He just prescribed some antibiotics and sent her home. The Emergency Room bill is $1256.00 and I have a substantial co-pay towards that amount.
Yesterday I went into the Portland Clinic urgent care for the worst migraine of my life. The nurse took my vitals at triage and my blood pressure was 140/90 this is very high for me. I was also crying because my head hurt so badly. Susan the nurse was unbelievably rude. She seemed like she was trying to get me to leave by mentioning that the wait was an hour and several times told me that they don't prescribe narcotics. I wasn't there trying to "score" narcotics I just wanted a toradol shot. They then saw every patient that they could before me until it was just me in the waiting room. They even saw patients that came in complaining of a cough after me. After 2.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room literally pulling at my hair and crying I was given a toradol shot and told to leave even though I was dizzy, nauseated and still had a pounding headache. I even threw up in the parking lot, but thought that if I went back in they would just continue to treat me poorly.
I had excellent help from a nurse named Isaac at this location. He quickly went over my situation and recommended I proceed to a hospital ER for more in depth diagnoses. I was also surprised that there were no fees / paperwork to fill out before I was helped.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
