I visited by Dr. Ketch yesterday. He is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure. His assistant is very kind and very good relationship. All staff are very kind and friendly.

The only reason why I use Willamette Dental is because it was paid for by my job this year we have to pay extra to have the privilege of working with these people you cannot get an appointment more than 60 days out you cannot get an appointment because when you call back in for your 30- days to make an appointment that you need there's no more room to have an appointment made this creates excessive waiting between care which in turn causes extra wear. They have pamphlets all over their offices about the best care for your teeth and the best dental practices and yet they don't follow them themselves and they will not pay for anybody else to do the work. An example of this would be trying to get an implant for a missing tooth the insurance only covers $1,500 of the cost and pays nothing for the tooth that goes on to the implant because that's considered cosmetic. Overall the dentist say that they do the best with what is available from the company.

Best dentist I've experienced. Very gentle with their work, did just what was needed and no more. Put me at ease as well, and you can tell that the team gets on well together.
