Cascade Spine Center cancelled our procedure at the last minute. It took more than a week to find out they refuse to reschedule for medical reasons. They still charged us the full price. For the past 22 days, when we ask about a refund, they keep telling us "it's in the mail". When we ask to speak to the billing manager, we have to leave a message and never hear back. Terrible customer service especially for a group supposedly helping people with severe pain issues.

Let me start off by saying I‘ve had back pain for years. My husband finally made me go to the dr and that got the ball rolling.I went to the dr probably in November/December , had an MRI and started physically therapy in December and January and had my injection a few days ago.Needless to say I feel like I’m my 30s again rather than walking around barely standing up straight to feeling so much better.Dr. Heros (normally I saw Tyler Huntington) but dr. Hero’s and his team were great. They are a well oiled machine throughout your spine injection process.I am thankful for these people and hopefully can start living pain free.

Recently had a procedure done at Cascade spine Center and cannot say enough good things about everybody there. I would like to thank Courtney Regina and especially Heather for their help and concern.Nice job guys highly recommend.

We had a terrible time. The never answered the phone, told you to leave your name and phone number. Done this at least a dozen and they never called back. In spit of the fact that our heart doctor approved of the injection they demanded that they would only do it while she was hospitalized. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and would not answer any questions. After going through this for over two months, we are now looking for another pain clinic. I would advise people not to use this Facility.

Highly recommend Dr. Hero's. The only negative part of the whole experience was the wait time, otherwise 5/5 stars. Thank you Dr. Hero's!

My appointment ran over 45 minutes, which wouldn't be so bad but you have to have a driver with you that can't leave the building. Other than that everyone was very courteous and polite. Procedure was fast and effortless after. Great staff.
