I had never gotten fillers before so I was really nervous to get the filler procedure done. Rachel made my experience 10/10. She was so nice and walked me through every second. My lips look absolutely bomb and I am super excited to see her next week for my touch up.

Extremely content with the quality of service received. Their front desk staff are awesome to work with regarding scheduling and always friendly and professional. The nurse who provides many of the treatments is amazing and does a great job making the experience seem comfortable and professional.

LaserAway is hands down the best place to go for your laser appointments! Not only do they offer Laser Hair Removal, but also laser facials, injections, and coolsculpting! I have done every service with them, and I will continue to go back for the rest of my life!!

Really good customer service and the girls working behind the desk are very nice. Love my technician Rachel who does my laser treatment! Highly recommend service from them.

i recommend this place to anyone who wants to take control in their life and finally fix those insecurities. I've always struggled with bad acne scars and ive tried microneedling but it didn't get rid of my scars. i haven't even finished my treatment package for the clear and brilliant facials but I've already noticed my scars becoming more even with my skin and the pores are smaller. 10/10!!!

I have used Laseraway in Seattle and my Portland experience was worlds apart, sub par and beyond poor. The technicians aren’t trained consistently and the person rushed through it leaving out places. When I escalated I had to speak with 5 different people and repeat myself like a broken record only to be told that they think I am wrong. Poor experience with Portland branch.

LaserAway Portland is new to the area and is the only one yet in Oregon. Previously I had traveled to the Seattle location so I was so happy to know they opened closer to me!!! My hair removal results have been incredible, everyone is so friendly. I will be back for more treatments!

Ok, I must of signed up for something on laseraway page that they had my phone number. I got a few calls Ignored leading up to their open date. Finally this past Sunday, which was September 11th solidified that I will never go to laser away. Sunday, September 11th I got a call from+1 415-890-****at 5:50 pm. It rang once then they hung up. At 5:51 pm I got this text:( HI Marilyn, this is Danielle with LaserAway🙂 I'm a treatment specialist and I wanted to let you know our Portland grand opening is next week and we are offering exclusive discounts on our services🎉🎉 Are you still interested in permanent hair removal? ) This person with laseraway thought they could get a customer by calling, hanging up after one ring then texting at dinnertime on a Sunday. Is this how you train your employees on customer service and care? This is predatory marketing and just straight up no care for other people's time. Do not waste your money on this large company that doesn't know how to properly treat what they thought was a potential customer.
