The staff and Dr. Middlekauff were very kind and treated me like a friend who's concerned about me, rather than just a number/patient. Dr. Middlekauff really tries to work with me with my issues and is very thorough! I never felt rushed! I'd recommend anyone see Dr. Middlekauff!

After a visit to Dr. Josh Middlekauff, I would say he leaves a lot to be desired.While relatively new to the profession (6 years practicing according to him) he seems to lack any of the youthful desire to learn and stay abreast of current approved FDA medications and treatments as well as looking at off label uses of FDA approved medications for common communal illnesses. He would rather rely on what some unidentified governing body tells him is “safe” (assuming safe for his liabilities) vs looking at the available options and scientific data that is currently available and determining what’s best with his patient. To clarify when asked about who’s directing his decisions to prescribe the medications he suggests he didn’t have a clear answer. Only to say this is what the unnamed governing body is recommending & and FDA approved and that I am comfortable prescribing.Also worth mentioning was Dr. Middlekauff’s bed side manner, he was condescending towards me during my visit. When the idea of entertaining a medication outside of the unnamed governing body’s dictation was discussed, his comment was I would rather trust the a governing body vs someone on YouTube. That someone on YouTube was a doctor and this was disclosed to Dr. Middlekauff and the treatment being discussed was an FDA approved treatment but Dr. Middlekauff was unaware of this due to ignorance of any other treatment short of what his governing body told him. In fact he didn’t appear to know anything about the treatments he was suggesting that the governing body was recommending. He was closed to outside input and my impression was this was due to ignorance on the topic in general.My first impressions of Dr. Middlekauff is a guy who wants to treat the common cold each day, collect a doctors salary for it and go home. Not someone who stands ready to practice medicine when the chips are down, you’re dying, and you fall outside of what the unnamed governing bodies playbook says when you get seriously ill. My walk away impressions can be summed up in the classic statement ‘take two of these but don’t call me in the morning’.I am being vague as this my medical privacy but I thought it was important that people know my experience I had with Dr. Middlekauff. I hope I can save someone the misfortune of visiting Dr. Middlekauff if they too are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable on critical current communal illnesses vs a doctor that say’s take two of these and call me in the morning, better yet don’t call me at all.To be remotely transparent I have not had much experiences with Dr. Middlekauff and I am going off of first impressions and the information provided by him during the visit.

The clinic admin is unethical, she refused to talk to my insurance company. She will delight in your pain. She will lie, manipulate, even make records which do not match up with my insurance or the state's records. Very suspicious.Joshua Middlekauff I sadly learned lies to your face, then makes clinic notes which contradict what he says during the visit. Do not trust him.The clinic will not give you 30 days of meds, will not talk to your insurance, will not talk to you, once the clinic admin (she does not list her name online) decides she wants you gone because you have serious medical issues or she has a personal bias against you or the population of humanity you come from. I have only once had worse healthcare. Only once and 15 years ago. This once nice clinic really went downhill once Nova bought it.
