Wow I was reading some of the negative reviews here. I can sure tell they have not been to many doctors offices before. The care I have gotten here from everyone I have seen was top notch and timely. If you have to wait a bit longer than you were scheduled for, just think about the extra care the person before you got and most likely needed. Hopefully if you needed that extra care and time you would get it too. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was available. I sincerely hope you are seeing what it is like out there in the real world, I have been around and the care here is some of the best. Thank you everyone that works so hard here for our care! Been going here for about 20 years, haven’t seen my doctor in 3 years so they won’t see me. Would have to be a new patient and they won’t take anyone new. Mind you when I tried to get in a few years back I showed up for my appointment and was informed the doctor took a day off and I needed to reschedule. When asked they told me it was 5 months out. Put them out of business!!!

Very poor patient care and coordination with one of the doctors and his assistant. No communication with family per several requests to do so. If I could give zero stars I would. Changing my family member to another Dr at another facility.

The front desk is rude and it seemed they are a bit uneducated in customer service . Or manners they are rude and a bit condescending. (They might have to look that word up) .

I'm absolutely sick of this. They don't research what is covered by Medicare or Jackson care connect. The pills I need to improve my health. I went to the pharmacy only to find they weren't covered by my insurance, despite being assured It was several times over by my doctor. It's the doctors job to help care for patients and to know what is covered by my insurance. This has happened several time's over. I don't know who has been looking up the wrong information, But I'm sick of this. It's so unprofessional.

Had a great experience with Dr Byers. He's a good soul, very attentive to his patients. Asante white city has always had a great atmosphere.

1st time here for me. Feeling like crap...fever, chills, sweats, then difficulty breathing set in. Figured I'd probably picked up the 'Rona from my coworkers who were all getting it. This location was the only ones in The Valley who offered rapid tests. They've got good protocols to keep exposure down... park on the side, call when you're there, rooms near the entrance. Staff were all kind and caring. My only concern was the air scrubber/purifier they had sitting with a nasty dirty filter. If it were pre pandemic I probably wouldn't have been as concerned but.... Yeah.
