Doesn’t keep insurance companies up to date. I was forced to choose a PCP, so based on reviews I chose him, only to rudely find out he’s not accepting new patients. I demanded to get in but was refused. Do yourself a favor and find a physician who informs the insurance they aren’t accepting new patients. Obviously he can’t be bothered.

My uncle drives from Crescent City CA just to see the very kind and pretty famous DR Don. Our family has been fans for a long time. He is a great listener, very compassionate, caring and has a great sense of humor. Very popular - hope you can get an appt.

Reluctant to comment very much. Does not listen. Makes decisions without asking questions. Withholds meds. Prescribes necessary meds.The list goes on so I will just say DO NOT trust this guy.

Not to keen on the new asante partners addition. Takes longer than it used to to get through for appointments or just speak to the medical staff now. But the staff and the doc are the best I have ever had in all my 75 years. I can't say enough about how well they have taking care of me over these last 20 years or so. More patients means a little longer wait but it is worth it as the doc always spends as much time as it takes to hear all your concerns and get you fixed up right.

Been a patient of Dr Robertson's for almost 10 years. I am a better person physically and mentally because of his help. I can come to him with any problem or concern and feel comfortable that his treatment and care will be top notch.
