I've been seeing Dr. Sedlak for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care I've received. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you're greeted by friendly staff who make the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Sedlak always takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized recommendations. Their diagnostic skills are impeccable, and they consistently go the extra mile to ensure I fully understand my treatment options. With a holistic approach to healthcare, I always feel like I'm in capable hands. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable, compassionate physician.

I saw Dr. Liz for my first time today. I wasn't sure what to expect since I never had truly helpful experiences with doctors and this was my first time seeing a naturopathic doctor. Needless to say, I am more than happy becoming her new patient. She was way more knowledgeable, helpful and informative than all the doctors I have been seen by combined (and I have seen many doctors). Because of my constant negative experiences with doctors, my anxiety has always been high but with her I felt extremely comfortable and I left so happy. For the first time, I felt listened to and acknowledged and I finally have hope that I will be starting to feel better. My boyfriend and I are already planning for him to be seeing Dr Liz in the future for his symptoms/conditions as well. I already trust her with my health more than my primary care physicians. Dr. Liz deserves way more than 5 stars.

Dr. Kim is awesome!! I've been to multiple naturopaths in the area, and none of them listened to me like he did. You can tell he really cares about his patients, and wants to help them feel better. I honestly can't recommend him enough. Thanks, Dr. Kim! You changed my life.

Dr. Schmaltz is exactly what I was looking for a naturopathic physician. He was kind, patient, and understanding. He listened to my needs and was thorough in his assessment. I never once felt like he was rushing me or that we were under any strict time limits like some practices do. He was very knowledgeable about hormone treatment therapies. I left feeling empowered and in control of my health. Not only this, but when I had walked in the office and accidently forgotten to put my mask on he very politely reminded me, without making me feel bad or incompetent like some people do when you forget. I was a bit surprised when there was no receptionist to check me in or handle my insurance and payments, but the Dr. did very well playing this role as well. This is impressive because I know that is not a role most doctors will take on. I will be recommending Dr. Schmaltz to anyone I know looking for a Naturopathic physician.

Dr. Sedlak is great. She takes time to consider each factor influencing a patient's health. Integrative truly is the best word to describe her approach. At first I was a bit concerned that, being a naturopath, she would avoid conventional prescriptions at all costs- but that hasn't been the case. I feel that she has a great deal of respect for my opinions about what works best for me. When my 2 year old son's pediatrician recently retired from NW Primary Care, I switched him to Dr. Sedlak, which is the ultimate vote of confidence. I also love that this is HER practice. You won't get lost in the shuffle that sometimes comes with large group practices. Independent doctors seem difficult to find, and I admire her for striking out on her own. If you're on the fence about seeing a naturopath I suggest you try her. I deeply value the scientific method, and empirical evidence, and I'm happy to vouch for her. She can and will clearly explain the chemical/biological/genetic components of your care. AND she's likely covered by your insurance.

Wow! Dr. Liz Sedlak is incredible, I went in to get my DOT physical today and it was by far the "Best" experience I've ever had in the 16 plus years of going threw the hoops and red tape of ODOT... She is very experienced in the regulations and has a wonderful bedside manner, I give her 10 stars and would recommend her to "ALL" my family and friends as well as my co-workers.
