My child got an MRI at this location and our experience was above my expectations, bc of some bad reviews on google I had fears, but.. we had a 🍀 and got a good one, starting with multiple phone call before procedure with instructions and the nurse responded nicely all my questions, we got on scheduled time and didn’t wait long to be invited to the room. The nurses were just amazing, so professional, so kind with my boy and tried to do their best..the anesthetist and the doctor very detailed explained the whole process, answered all the questions. From my experience I would recommend this place.

Great and convenient location instead of going down into Philadelphia. However, we had to wait about an extra hour forour appointment and almost missed our next appointment staff is very friendly and the area is very clean

I have nothing but positive things to say about this visit! We arrived very early for my daughter's appointment. The waiting room was empty when we arrived. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, polite and personable. Ginger took time to speak with us until Dr. Kelly was ready to see my daughter. He is such a kind, compassionate, and extremely thorough doctor! He was highly recommended to me by a lot of friends and acquaintances of mine. He took the time to address my questions and concerns, but most importantly, he also directly addressed my daughter (she's 14) and made sure to answer all of her questions and concerns. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Kelly to be my daughter's GI doctor. Thankfully, she will not need continued treatment (my mom brain wanted to err on the side of caution over something that I knew probably wasn't a big deal). However, if she ever needs to see him in the future, I 100% trust him to take care of her. I could keep going, but just know that you will not be at all disappointed with Dr. Kelly! He is truly the best of the best in all aspects.

No freaking stars … this place is a joke… all I can say if my child had major heart problems I wouldn’t keep brining her here . They don’t get back to you with results . I called several times to leave message with my doctors coordinator and no one ever answers or calls you back . It’s been a month. Left messages three times . What a joke this place

Terrible! I had a 9:30 appointment and was instructed to arrive at 9. 8 month old baby for an ultrasound. He needed to consume 8 oz. of fluid an hour prior. We arrived at 9am to an empty waiting room, which filled up after our arrival. At 9:45 I ask what the hold up is, as several people that arrived after us had been taken back. I'm informed that there is still one more patient in front of us. How that's possible when the waiting room was empty when we arrived, I don't know. Needless to say, my baby voided his bladder after waiting an hour and we went home, since he needed a full bladder for the ultrasound. Awful experience, how does a children's hospital not know he needed the full bladder, and then make him wait 60 minutes, he's a baby, he can't hold it in.

The staff was incredibly professional, kind and efficient. Dr Chen was thorough and took the time to explain everything. We checked in 5 minutes before our 2 o'clock appointment and they called us back at 1:59.

Quality of care is severely hindered by poor management / communication! My family arrived early for an 8:30AM appointment, had a very positive experience with the front desk, but proceeded to wait over an hour in the exam room with no update from anyone. By the time a nurse and then MD arrived (after catching a desk attendant in the hallway) our 2yo was beside himself. I would have much more confidence in the exam we received if they had come even within the first 30min resulting in a much calmer toddler patient. The level of expertise in the MD met my expectations, but if you have a child under 4 or 5 I would suggest finding a different specialist location.
