List of Jessica M Klemens Do's Reviews
Dr. Klemens was so wonderful! This was my first appointment with her and she was kind, understanding, patient, and clear in her comments. She was very warm and made me feel comfortable. The person at the front desk was also very nice as was the nurse who took me back to the exam room. I was taken on time and treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Klemens if you need an ob-gyn! Thank you!
This doctor completely dismissed us and acted like we took all of her time when she was with us for 4 minutes. Literally snapped her fingers to hurry us up as we were asking questions.
I am disappointed in my care from Dr. Klemens. She talked over me a lot, didn't allow me to explain my pain/symptoms. I felt rushed each time I saw her. I even sent a bunch of supplemental paperwork for her to review before our first appointment and she didn't even look at it. She performed a diagnostic laparoscopy for endometriosis and was very dismissive of me after the surgery. I also inquired about adenomyosis and she brushed it aside and refused to discuss it because the cure is a hysterectomy and I'm "too young." She only gave me 5 minutes of her time at the 6-week post-op appointment. I feel that her bedside manner could be better. I think she needs to listen to patients and allow them to fully describe their experience without rushing or being dismissive.
My fiancé went in for a visit. She calls me a few minutes later crying because of how they treated her. Great job guys! Making a 8 month pregnant woman cry and feel uncomfortable. Maybe if someone would of called back since she has been calling since FRIDAY, it would of went a little differently. Highly unprofessional. Again Great Job guys
She is a great Obgyn doctor! I felt as though she is also my PCP doctor as well, she had been taking care of me ever since she perform Labprascopic surgery and was diagnosed of Endometroisis.
Dr Klemens is sweet and understands any issues that I brought up. I have PCOS and Dr Klemens validated my fears about future fertility and assured me there are options for women with PCOS. Other docs have just thrown the pill at me and told me to control my symptoms for now.
Great experience! Dr. Klemens extremely nice and polite.
Unbelievable- my first visit after not having an exam for about 10 yrs. (I had a hysterectomy and was told it wasn't necessary, but I should have an ultrasound since I still had my ovaries. I was not impressed by the state of the exam room. It looked kind of dirty and old. There was a rip on the exam table. (they're partnered with Abington Hosp, shouldn't they be a little more presentable?) I spoke with the NP and asked if I should have an ultrasound and was told it wasn't necessary(two other dr's said otherwise) and she rushed me through the appt. Then I get a letter about 4 months ago saying my medical records had been permanently lost due to a "fatal system error". Luckily, it was a routine exam. I will find a new doc!
Being in the medical field myself and having a lot of friends and relatives that are physicians, I understand that OBGYNs are at a high level of stress much of the time. They have a lot to think about and take care of to keep their patients (and babies) healthy and safe. Maybe some people who have left reviews on here may have not had the best experience with customer service, but it has to be kept in mind that these doctors do what they can with the little time they’re given to see their patients. Womencare is not a coffee shop or a restaurant, it’s a medical practice. That being said, during this pregnancy, I have always had good checkups (and believe me, I’ve been there twice a week for the last month due to my high risk pregnancy, so I’ve spent plenty of time there). Not only are the doctors (this time I’ve been working mostly with Dr. Rice and Dr. Sullivan who are both awesome) knowledgeable and helpful, the nurses, MAs, and nurse practitioners are great too. Renee and Mary Ann (the nurses) are awesome, and so are the MAs I’ve worked with (they’ve helped me getting my NSTs). The ladies in the front are nice too, especially the greeter when signing in (preggo brain is not letting me remember her name, but she is blonde with glasses and just the sweetest!) I delivered my first baby (who was 6 wks early) with Womencare as well and Dr. Piccone, although not the most sociable, was excellent when she delivered my baby- she was focused and competent, and that’s what matters most to me. I had no complications and felt very comfortable and safe in her care while delivering my first child. So I hope this review has done something to make more patients realize that these doctors are often overworked and tired- but they are the best at what they do and they care about us patients. OB/GYN is not easy and I give this practice and it’s practitioners a lot of respect for taking care of so many women. Thank you Womencare, for all you do!
Very kind to my teenage daughter.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
