List of MIdlantic Urology - Abington's Reviews
Easy to set up for consultation initially but just a little tough to get ahold of someone to make an appointment for the procedure since it’s a different office. It would be better if there was a direct line to get ahold of someone rather than have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Overall the staff was very nice after getting back to me and appointment all set up.
Worst service ive ever heard of! My fiance had an appointment scheduled 3 months out and she was turned away for being 5 min late. This is discustingly outrageous and against the affordable care acts criteria. Dont waste your time with these incompetent people.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Dr. Jeffrey Reich is the nest doctor I’ve had. I can’t speak for the rest of this practice, but he’s incredible. When I have had issues and need to get in he can get me in when his staff cannot. There have been times where I’m not feeling well and I message him and he calls me back within an hour , talks to me , and has a prescription ready ….. I don’t know many doctors who are that responsive or make that kind of effort to help their patients …
Dr. Shibutani treated my husband several years ago. He had a serious illness and Shibutani and his staff were very unhelpful and dismissive of his needs. We eventually switched to another practice. I would not recommend this doctor.
I had to wait over a month for an appointment and Shibutani wouldn't let me finish a sentence while I was in the room with him. Never again.
Back in 2002 Dr Cutler and team diagnosed me with cancer where another local hospital said it was fine. I was treated and 18 years later, Im cured! Dr Cutler is a very good Dr and the ladies at Radiology were awesome too! I will say that the people at the front desk back then were nasty. But I think thats just the norm for every Dr office these days, unfortunately.
Terrible customer service. Waited on hold for 20 minutes each time I called. Was greeted by an obviously overworked employee. She could not answer any of my questions regarding what my insurance would cover and told me I would need to see the doctor to ask him myself. They wanted me to come in and pay them just to ask a question about insurance coverage!
I can't wait to let the world know my experience with this Urologist, let's just say, was not happy with my entire experience.
I will give them a zero if I could !!! My husband had a procedure in 2013. He was screened and told that he would be ONLY responsible for $700 co-pay which he payed in advance. Our insurance company covered the procedure and payed in full, but I guess the greedy facility and staff did not accept what the insurance payed. They had the nerve to file a collections against my husband and it has being in his credit score since January 2016. The weird part is that the procedure was done around January of 2014 and they file the collections until 2016. Corruption??? My husband does not owe any money to anyone and he has no personal debt. Therefore, he is not concerned about having a negative derogatory against his credit. He will die before he pays this facility.
Walked into the waiting room and waited 20 minutes without being acknowledge, when I went to schedule an appointment women said that she MIGHT call me back tomorrow. I was referred here and I couldn't even make it past reception... terrible first impression.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
