I now seen him three times and he has yet to even call me by my last name . He has terrible bed side matters . I still feel like an just another number in his day. I wouldn’t even recommend him to my own mother . Get your treatment done elsewhere .

Dr. Herbert is one of the best docs I have met. He is extremely knowledgeable takes the time to review all your history knows it almost by heart and tells it like it is which I really appreciate. He is friendly and actually made my radiation sessions quite pleasant. In addition the staff at the facility cant be beat.

My aunt had what we thought to be a stroke. Wound up that it was stage 4 cancer. I was my aunts point of contact. I found Dr. Herbert to be very communicative and responsive to every question and concern of both mine and my aunts. Even when my aunt was panicky about radiology he convinced her that it was the right method of treatment for her particular form of cancer.

While Dr. Herbert may be very knowledgeable I did not appreciate him yelling at me when I asked him a question and then responding to me like Im stupid. Doctor or not no one has the right to yell at me Just who does he think he is?

Dr. Herbert is my favorite of all of my doctors and I have many after dealing with NonHodgkins Lymphoma a few years ago. He is warm caring highly knowledgeable and most important he returns phone calls Even when I am not scheduled to see him if I call him for advice he always returns my phone calls and talks to me like a human. I wish all of my doctors were as communicative and helpful as he is.
