Our family absolutely loves Dr Brooks as our pediatrician! She is so patient, kind, and most of all compassionate. I have never loved a doctor so much. Any of my concerns, questions etc. are always answered in well detail! she is clearly well knowledged, and amazing at what she does! My kids love coming to her office! 100% the most amazing doctor! thank you for always helping my family!

primary ahs smart ass office manager. if you value your health you will stay away from any place. billing errors some moron for a office manager that thinks medical and mental health is a joke and the dentist suck everything about that place sucks i wish i could give these idiots 0 stars. that place and the people are azzholes

I do not recommend the Primary Health Network Autumn St counseling center. The system they use is not reliable and you will find yourself without any appointment upcoming despite being told you were scheduled. Many apologies but nothing changes. I don't have bad things to say about specific therapists. There is simply something malfunctioning in their scheduling system. This leads one to question whether they intentionally fail to reschedule their clients for some reason. I came to them for help and I can say the system has failed me time after time. There's good places out there to seek therapy, but my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

The office in Titusville.. That I used to go to. Was of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP to me WHAT so EVER today!! When I called them. Trying to get a refill on the medication I need. In order for me to breathe!! With my COPD with Asthma!! Seeing as how their office was the last one to prescribe me said medication!! And told me to just go to the ER. Even though I had told them. I do Not drive. Not to mention finding a way back home from the ER. Plus waiting in the ER close to me takes FOREVER lately!! Plus the woman I talked to was kinda rude on the phone!! So basically even though I told them. That I have been having REALLY bad coughing fits at night. To the point that my limbs go NUMB!! The woman I spoke to. Basically could CARELESS!! In my opinion.... If you do NOT have a good bedside manner.. You should NOT work in the health field!! Even if you're just a secretary!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Titusville office!!

Dr. Duffy has been my PCP for 7 years. He is the most compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable doctor that I’ve ever had. He listens to me and genuinely shows that he cares. The nurses and staff are also amazing every time I am there or need to call for something. Thank you Dr. Duffy and the staff at Primary Health for being the best!

Dr. Duffy helped me learn that I was diabetic, and now, with his help, I have reduced my medication by half :) Edit: May 2, 2023 - With their help, my blood pressure is now normal, and do not need medication for my diabetes (type 2). I manage it through diet and activity :)
